Some shingles have already come off under two windows and I called him and he will not come back to correct this and some shingles were never put on and I also told him about that.He left a three foot by three foot hole open to my basement for the whole winter and also never finished that. OH I forgot to say that I had water leaks in garage in two places and one in my home around the chimney! I gave him all the chances in the world to come finish and correct his work and the last time we talked he told me that if I think he would drop everything he is doing to come over and finish the job I am so wrong. Some questionable issues…read more Estimator was several hours late on day of appointment. Required several calls to get Estimator on site; reason given was "mix-up" in scheduling at office. Clue #1. Phone number for main office in NH has 603 area code (which is correct for NH); calls always went to voicemail; caller ID from one POC (returning one of my calls) was for Nevada. Clue #2. Days went by and no (promised) project estimate was provided; no calls from business. Clue #3. An e-mail to Estimator requesting status went unanswered. Clue #4. A phone call to main office number and voicemail left has not been answered after two days. Clue #5. Glad I didn't do business with them.
