When I wrote a review criticizing the company for the service I received from the Sarasota airport…read moreto my home I got a very ugly response from the owner Steve with a great deal of untruths. I expected him to be more humble but instead he blamed me. To start I do NOT have a medical condition, I had a sports injury and wanted to make sure that the driver would be helpful which I found only to be marginal. Also the previous company that I used did not dump me as the owner said. And his driver did ull up on the grass and mud expecting me to use my broken foot on a walker until I had him move yhe car. He harassed me about tip amount. I generally pay the first tip amount on credit card abd the extra I pay cash for the type of service. But it appears yhat yhd company does not do yhay. Payment and TIP is expected upon arrival, i gzvd the driver a total of $12.00 while in the car but that was apparantly not enough. He wanted to be topped before he helped me. I find it unusual thaf i couldn't pay for my trip ahead of arrival. COULD IT BD BECAUSE THE OWNERS WHO LIVE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY CANT ACCEPT PAYMENTS and must get driver who lives in the U,S. to do it? Weird. But thats only the beginning. The owner in his reponse to my review admitted that he was voice TAPING ME FROM HIS DASHCAM. The owner and driver are both committing a criminal act. He may be zble to point his DASHCAM in the front of the vehicle and not towards the passengers but voice recording, NO. IT IS ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA TO VIDEO OR VOICE TAPE ANYONE WITHOUT THEIR APPROVAL. SHUTTLE COMPANIES AND THEIR VEHICLES ARE NOT PUBLIC LIKE A BUS RIDE AND ARE CONSIDERED BY THE STATE TO BE PRIVATE. Therefore this company has been committing a crime with each of its passengers who are unaware that theg are being recorded.

They are fully licensed, insured, and professional. The vehicle is spotlessly clean, the owners /drivers (Stephen and Tracy) are unfailingly pleasant, and they were always on time. They are one of the few car services that will do car service to sites other than airports (though of course, they do that too). They are quite reasonably priced for what is essentially a private car service. I highly recommend this car service to anyone who needs reliable and high quality transportation services.

I had confirmed reservation for RT between Tampa and another location --- two months in advance. I have all his emails with pricing amounts, locations, phone numbers -- the whole chain of dialogue. Three days before the trip I emailed and confirmed all the details. I then get a nasty reply that the cost listed in one way, vice round trip. Note his original email was " $$$$$ ALL INCLUSIVE" Don't know about you but "ALL INCLUSIVE" means "all inclusive". I went back and accepted the new price, but included his original email quote with the price and the ALL INCLUSIVE. I stated I understood the change but please be careful of what you define as all inclusive as it is misleading for a ROUND TRIP QUOTE ---- which he promptly said was the price for one way and that I should "CALL SOMEONE ELSE" I never asked to cancelled and had even accepted the double price for the trip --- but he was nasty, curt and cancelled my reservation because "he can". Frankly --- I can't believe he stays in business and does this to long time paying customers. He is curt and nasty in emails -- even when you have his original email quotes with the prices you confirmed with him. AVOID AVOID AVOID. THEY ARE NOT COURTEOUS !!!! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL !!! Josh from Luxlifestyle limos is a crook and the company is a huge scam. I purchased a Groupon offer…read moreof theirs for $125 for a 3 hour limo ride. I have not used their service nor redeemed the Groupon and they are refusing to refund me. This all started when I called to book the limo and the lady at their company tells me its actually for a sedan. I have posted screenshots above of the offer, so feel free to look at it so you can tell me where on the offer it states its for a sedan. Basically, they're luring customers in to buy the Groupon and then squeezing more money out of them by now making them HAVE to pay more for an actual limo, when you are under the impression you already have by purchasing the Groupon. So, I tell her fine I just want whatever is covered by the Groupon I bought and ask her for overrall total w taxes etc. She then tells me $150. I ask her "you mean $150, ON TOP of what I paid for your Groupon?!" She tells me yes, and that the addtl $150 is for driver gratuity. At this point, I know for a fact that this company is a scam, and I demand a refund. No driver gratuity for a sedan for $125 flat should ever be that much money. She tells me she will have to let her manager know. I wait for a call from the manager the entire day, but no call. So I call the next morning and ask for a manager. First, someone named Wes says he is the manager then when I ask for a refund, thats when Josh picks up. These people are blatant liars. Josh doesn't even know who I am or what I'm calling about which means the lady I spoke with previously never told him about my refund. Not suprised. In colorful language I tell him I want my money back and I NEVER will use the service. He assures me that they will issue my refund and call me back. I also asked for an email for my records. To this day, I have not received an email, phone call or refund. Mind you, I never used their service or redeemed the Groupon. They basically stole from me. I posted screen shots of my purchase along with their offer info. Please read their terms closely and compare it to what I have written. AND PLEASE, DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR GROUPON, THEY WILL LIE ABOUT THEIR OWN TERMS TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF YOU.

We flew out of Dolphin and they parked our…read morevehicle (long term rental vehicle from employment), along with another vehicle from our party. Never once were we asked if vehicle needed to be returned to Avis or did we tell the employee to return on our behalf. Only upon our arrival back into Sarasota did they realize they had inadvertently returned our vehicle without our permission or knowledge with over $800 worth of personal items inside (clearly showing anyone parking/driving this is a personal car and not intended to be returned). Avis is claiming the vehicle was returned without items of value and dolphin is claiming it's not their fault. Dolphin is taking absolutely no responsibility for anything that has happened, no apology whatsoever, and even their general manager would not take or answer our call until we were transferred to him without his knowledge of who we were, and clearly took accidentally. Once on the phone with The manager, who gave immediate attitude right off the bat, he proceeded to tell us it's not their fault and pointed the finger to Avis. In the end, he proceeded to hang up on me after stating it was my fault that I left personal items (including a second wallet) In the car. Once I called back in to speak with someone different, I had the pleasure of speaking with friendly Joe with customer service who proceeded to tell me that the manager is the "big dog" who calls the shots and what he says goes. Never could I imagine owning a business and having someone entrust their vehicle with me and they come home to the vehicle gone along with all of their personal items and not care AT ALL to find out what happened or to help make the situation better. Would recommend flying anywhere but here. **Update: after going back and forth via email for four weeks asking for Dolphin to meet us halfway and reimburse us for half of the value of items stolen ($400), they have taken the stance that they did more than enough by allowing us a rental for two days (we used for less than 24 hrs before it was returned and had to fight Dolphin to pick up the cost so we could get home with three young children!!!). Again, it blows my mind that someone would loose a costumer who has flown out of that airport over 10 times in the past two years all because they do not want to take responsibility and do the right thing. I 100% would recommend flying anywhere but here!
