This has been our 3rd time coming to the SRP park to watch the Green Jackets and we have just as good a time as the last! The food is good, the drinks are crisp and cold, and the pricing is pretty decent. Thank God! We've never had any issues with parking, getting in the, using the facilities, or leaving. I must say I really do like that they are a Cashless place. I rarely ever have cash on me so I appreciate this a lot!

Beautiful park, great parking deck, and all-around well-maintained baseball facility.

Cheese nachos minus the topping !!

Had a suite for the Flannel Fest. 1st the guy was only getting us drinks and would not get food. On game day I believe the same is not true. 2nd my wife got the nachos. Well look at the pick basically had no topping. Very poor for $6. Will we be back - only if one of our group wants us to go.

Visited SRP Park for a GreenJacket game However the weather didn't cooperate. The was postponed then canceled nevertheless, we enjoyed the conversation in the breezeway with other baseball fan. The cold beer was awesome afterwards we all meet at the Mexican restaurant on campus.

I'm not a big baseball fan but I am one for family outings. We watch the Greenjackets play, grab stadium food from the stands and watch fireworks. The seats aren't very comfortable but we were seated in a shaded section so not too much complaining.

Tip: traffic can be bad coming down Georgia ave. Recommend going the Buena Vista way. The "back" road

"Know thyself" goes the quote. Well here's what I know about myself, I don't care for baseball. I don't care to watch it, keep up with stats, or sweat while sitting in a plastic seat outdoors. That's what I know about myself. What I also know is that I love good food, hanging out with good people, and having some quality beer while I'm sweating. And thus, I found myself at SRP Park. It was a Saturday evening, the sun began to set. Having my ticket beforehand saved a great deal of time, as I saw the line at the Ticket Window. Security was there to wave the wand and check bags. But in a few short minutes I was inside, being handed a Program. Now let me mention here that there are tickets on any level (price range) you could think of. There is a private box with food and drink orders taken for you and in the AC. There are the $10 tickets, which is the standing area (and grassy area, if you want to bring a blanket to sit on). So just decide what you're willing to pay. I was fortunate enough to find that my seat was in the shade (note that not all are). It was still too hot to matter much, but at least my head won't be sunburnt. It being my first time at the new stadium, I took a walk around to see everything. Here is how I see the layout, the Bees-tro on one end and Southbound Barbecue on the other. If you've been to Southbound on Central, you know what to expect. Only here you have multiple levels of views to see the game (some of it being indoors). The Bee-stro is typical baseball fare. Hamburgers, hotdogs, drinks, etc. I got a hotdog (you have to at least once) and it was decent. In between you will find boiled peanuts, popcorn, pizza, and plenty to drink. One of the beer stops has a great draft and bottle, can selection. They had a draft IPA from Columbia Brewing that I actually enjoyed (though not a big IPA fan). Prices are about usually for Minor League games, but not near what you would pay in Atlanta. With a number of restaurants just outside the field, you have those as options as well. I will add that Rio Cantina has a window open into the stadium so you can order their food without going outside the fence. The announcer was born for his role, the between inner games were so cheesy you couldn't help but smile, and the team walking around were always up for answering questions. All in all, I want to come back. Maybe this time I will actually watch some of the game instead of just eating and drinking for nine innings.

The spring wing fest was very disappointing. Definitely not worth $10 to get in, $15 at the gate. The food lines were ridiculously long, as well as the beer booths. There was plenty of room to add more food trucks and drink areas. Five dollars for three wings was extremely high. Some were under cooked. The music was so loud no matter where you were, it was hard to hear each other talk. Needless to say we all ended up at Teresa's for dinner and cocktails. Hopefully they will make changes to improve this in the future.

1st I must say, this is a brand new baseball stadium in a part of this developing small city with many options for those looking for fun, food, and entertainment. Concerts, festivals and other options are her to be met if they plan it right One of the main problems I saw the game night was the concession stands were too long and it wound take 30 minutes just for a hot dog and soda. Prices are to a little high for what you get. I purchased a kid's meal for myself (small hot dog,a kid's drink you get it for $5.75. The seat are harder to me than the old ballpark. They have a VIP upstairs with a bar and eatery. Overall, they need more help with the food vender and do something 1with the prices. The home team lost in their opening day.

Love the new stadium! I'm not into baseball, but I really enjoyed myself. We were lucky to get club access tickets and loved the accommodations. indoor lounge, a bar and the outdoor seating are pretty comfortable. There are many food options at the many concessions and 3 restaurants. Love the cheering and the special moments of spectator antics. Definitely a must to experience.

I saw Augusta Chronicle post a picture of their featured burger yesterday and had to have it. The burger has a 1/2 pound angus patty, grilled bourbon peaches, and it's topped off with bacon crumbles, basil and goat cheese. The grilled peaches reminded me of the consistency of a grilled pineapple and actually complemented the burger very well. Make sure to follow the the Augusta Chronicle to stay up-to-date on their awesome featured burgers each day.

But it's a great park to picnic at along the water or take a walk around the lake. I've ran a couple 5k's here and they were fun as well. The is also the Julian bbq pitt which is an "hut" like building available for events. I'm most often here because it's a gateway to the Augusta canal trail. Just a short hike to aqueducts or you can take bike ride all the way to Savannah River rapids. You can also kayak and enjoy the lake too. So plenty to do to enjoy the outdoors here :)

This is an awesome…read morefacility--gives you a simple, old-school ball park feel without the "extra" that so many state-of-the art facilities have today. The food was cheap, and everything was right beneath the stands (food, restrooms, etc.) Great location next to Lake Olmstead and the trail head which is located behind the stadium. NEGATIVES: 1. Parking is ATROCIOUS. There is very minimal free parking. The lots are made of dirt and gravel, no defined parking spaces. It's quite common to get parked in and be unable to leave until the others nearby come to get their vehicles. Frustrating is an understatement! Some people would walk all the way from parking off Broad Street. 2. Neighborhood not the best, not the worst. Safety at night is definitely more of a concern. 3. Ticket line is always lengthy. The stands can get crowded and there is little room to move around comfortably if you need to stretch your legs. Otherwise, this is a fun facility. I miss it often, even when at current Green Jackets games across the River. I hope it stays around and gets good use!

GTC Riverwatch had the snacks and amenities other theaters had, plus they were spacious and clean. I was also glad their bags of popcorn were not pieces but the whole corn. Many occasions at AMC or Regal, especially at night if I ordered popcorn, it would be pieces of popcorn filling up my bag; not fun to enjoy. I'm glad GTC River keeps their popcorn inventory fresh and ensures customers don't get scraps. They have seem to have special room isolated on the right wing that offers 4D experiences where the theaters in the left wing are all regular viewing, but all their seats are reclining and clean. Ticket prices are fraction of other competitors, but they do not offer military discount. Overall a great experience. Their staff does a great job at maintaining cleanliness within the theater and restrooms. Definitely will be doing the extra drive out here than go to my local Regals or AMC!
