Great venue to watch a baseball game! Great food and beer and a friendly staff! Go GreenJackets! read more

We absolutely love SRP Park! We've experienced games from VIP box seats, general admission, and right behind the pitcher, and every spot has been such a fun experience. With our two boys, there really isn't a bad seat in the house--the energy, the music, the cheering, and all the excitement make every game feel special. Our favorite nights are definitely the fireworks games. There's something so magical about ending a summer night at the ballpark with fireworks lighting up the sky. Add in hot dogs, popcorn, an ice-cold beer, and all the classic "Take Me Out to the Ball Game" traditions, and it feels like pure Americana. I especially love that baseball is such a generational experience--the kind of simple, joyful family tradition you remember from childhood and then get to experience all over again through your own kids. SRP Park makes it easy to create those memories. Five stars from our family! read more

Vibe: VIP Experience for GreenJackets Baseball Game Party: 4 adults (family fun) This was my 1st time experiencing the game in this stadium as a VIP. The lounge access to a/c as the game starts was super cool. As we finished eating, we moved to available outdoor seating for VIP guests. Seats were nice and padded with great view of field. These seats also allow for wait staff service. Close to end of game we moved to our "assigned seats" behind home plate. Comfy chairs with a bar for food & drinks in front of you and place to prop your feet. Great view and covered. Only drawback: fried chicken strips were not that good I ordered a cold chicken salad wrap (good) and sweet funnel fries (Excellent!) with bottled water. Parking deck gets crowded rather quickly so go early. There is a charge for parking unless you have a handicap placard. Overall: VIP is the way to go!! read more

This has been our 3rd time coming to the SRP park to watch the Green Jackets and we have just as good a time as the last! The food is good, the drinks are crisp and cold, and the pricing is pretty decent. Thank God! We've never had any issues with parking, getting in the, using the facilities, or leaving. I must say I really do like that they are a Cashless place. I rarely ever have cash on me so I appreciate this a lot! read more

"Know thyself" goes the quote. Well here's what I know about myself, I don't care for baseball. I don't care to watch it, keep up with stats, or sweat while sitting in a plastic seat outdoors. That's what I know about myself. What I also know is that I love good food, hanging out with good people, and having some quality beer while I'm sweating. And thus, I found myself at SRP Park. It was a Saturday evening, the sun began to set. Having my ticket beforehand saved a great deal of time, as I saw the line at the Ticket Window. Security was there to wave the wand and check bags. But in a few short minutes I was inside, being handed a Program. Now let me mention here that there are tickets on any level (price range) you could think of. There is a private box with food and drink orders taken for you and in the AC. There are the $10 tickets, which is the standing area (and grassy area, if you want to bring a blanket to sit on). So just decide what you're willing to pay. I was fortunate enough to find that my seat was in the shade (note that not all are). It was still too hot to matter much, but at least my head won't be sunburnt. It being my first time at the new stadium, I took a walk around to see everything. Here is how I see the layout, the Bees-tro on one end and Southbound Barbecue on the other. If you've been to Southbound on Central, you know what to expect. Only here you have multiple levels of views to see the game (some of it being indoors). The Bee-stro is typical baseball fare. Hamburgers, hotdogs, drinks, etc. I got a hotdog (you have to at least once) and it was decent. In between you will find boiled peanuts, popcorn, pizza, and plenty to drink. One of the beer stops has a great draft and bottle, can selection. They had a draft IPA from Columbia Brewing that I actually enjoyed (though not a big IPA fan). Prices are about usually for Minor League games, but not near what you would pay in Atlanta. With a number of restaurants just outside the field, you have those as options as well. I will add that Rio Cantina has a window open into the stadium so you can order their food without going outside the fence. The announcer was born for his role, the between inner games were so cheesy you couldn't help but smile, and the team walking around were always up for answering questions. All in all, I want to come back. Maybe this time I will actually watch some of the game instead of just eating and drinking for nine innings. read more

The spring wing fest was very disappointing. Definitely not worth $10 to get in, $15 at the gate. The food lines were ridiculously long, as well as the beer booths. There was plenty of room to add more food trucks and drink areas. Five dollars for three wings was extremely high. Some were under cooked. The music was so loud no matter where you were, it was hard to hear each other talk. Needless to say we all ended up at Teresa's for dinner and cocktails. Hopefully they will make changes to improve this in the future. read more

1st I must say, this is a brand new baseball stadium in a part of this developing small city with many options for those looking for fun, food, and entertainment. Concerts, festivals and other options are her to be met if they plan it right One of the main problems I saw the game night was the concession stands were too long and it wound take 30 minutes just for a hot dog and soda. Prices are to a little high for what you get. I purchased a kid's meal for myself (small hot dog,a kid's drink you get it for $5.75. The seat are harder to me than the old ballpark. They have a VIP upstairs with a bar and eatery. Overall, they need more help with the food vender and do something 1with the prices. The home team lost in their opening day. read more

Bang for your buck: 10/10 Quality: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Ambiance/Location: 10/10 Overall: 10/10 Great ballpark! Came all the way from Ohio for the pimento cheese promotion night. The ballpark is new and modern and well kept. Didn't seem to be a bad seat in the house! Ticket and concession prices were shockingly affordable. I've seen other reviews remarking on the high prices of concessions, but I was seriously blown away with how cheap everything was. We travel to quite a few ballparks, especially MILB parks, and SRP is CHEAP! There's SO much parking nearby and the parking is super cheap ($5! What?!). There's even a golf cart shuttle to take you to your car if you'd like! There's a hotel directly across the street, which is perfect for out of town guests like us. While we didn't stay there (but wish we had!) it was easy for us to get to the park on both nights from our hotel in Augusta, Ga. read more

Love the new stadium! I'm not into baseball, but I really enjoyed myself. We were lucky to get club access tickets and loved the accommodations. indoor lounge, a bar and the outdoor seating are pretty comfortable. There are many food options at the many concessions and 3 restaurants. Love the cheering and the special moments of spectator antics. Definitely a must to experience. read more

I saw Augusta Chronicle post a picture of their featured burger yesterday and had to have it. The burger has a 1/2 pound angus patty, grilled bourbon peaches, and it's topped off with bacon crumbles, basil and goat cheese. The grilled peaches reminded me of the consistency of a grilled pineapple and actually complemented the burger very well. Make sure to follow the the Augusta Chronicle to stay up-to-date on their awesome featured burgers each day. read more

Beautiful place in downtown NA. Very secure, safe, and loads of fun. The views of the river are an added bonus.

Okay, we love the new park. The ongoing constructions makes is tricky sometimes to navigate but that's only until they finish. The park itself is beautiful, much more than we'd expect. Prices for food are decent, and there's plenty of seating. Remember that General Admission is standing room! Suggestion for the park: Perhaps switch out the odd grass staircase seating for some artificial turf with proper drainage, or concrete bleachers instead? I understand the appeal and intention of the grass, but it seems it the design needs some refinement, which again, with a new park I'm sure there's bound to be some kinks to work out. Overall, wonderful park! read more

Best addition to North Augusta in 35 years! Very family friendly and love the fireworks at the end

My absolute favorite place to go in Augusta. If you're only in Augusta for one day and can only choose to do one thing, go to a Greenjackets game. After one game I was convinced the blood running through my veins was green! You get the major league experience without the major league prices. When I want popcorn, my cost analysis doesn't come out to me paying 25 cents per kernel. The beer costs about 25 cents per once instead of a dollar an ounce. Everything is amazing and the prices are actually reasonable. The place is usually less than half full so if the seats you get aren't the best, just move to a closer area where no one is sitting and no one will question it. Basically, everyone gets great seats. The crowd is rowdy like me, so everything I do is socially acceptable! On top of all that, the team is actually good so you'll likely get to celebrate a win! My kids get to run the bases after most of the games and we've been to four games and have gotten four game balls. If you want to have fun with a group of fun people rooting for sports like a true American, go to a Greenjackets game and I promise you won't be disappointed. read more
