Then sent me a bill for services that I had told them I already had just a couple months prior but they did the tests anyway without my knowledge. I never received any follow up, they had me get X-rays and labs but received no results from those. They changed the prescription they prescribed me without telling me. When I spoke with Michelle the manager over billing she was extremely rude and dismissive of my concerns and refused to help in any way. Once again I would avoid this office at all costs. They only want your money and are not actually trying to help you.

Dr. Nelson has been my Rheumatologist for the past 9 months. When I found out I had an auto-immune…read moredisease in the ER, she came to the rescue. She diagnosed (correctly) my disease, listened to my fears, needs, and concerns and also has become a friendly face during such a difficult process. Her office and staff is wonderful. She had a nurse that was great and recently changed nurses and the new nurse is just as awesome. I have been so pleased with this practice and the friendly service I get. I have friends who complain about their doctors but Dr. Nelson has always been amazing! She answers questions I have very knowledgeably and clearly so that I can understand them in layman terms.... No matter how many questions I have or how silly they sound. She worked with me and my request to not be on a ton of medication. I started out with a lot of medication but am down to 1 now. I was a new mom and was really passionate about being able to nurse my LO and Dr. Nelson honored that request and kept me on medication that was baby friendly. I am so thankful that I found a physician that is kind, humble and understanding!

Because of this, I read many reviews of doctors before choosing to go here. Dr. Vinod is a very compassionate doctor. She listens well, and truly cares for her patients. She talks to you about the plan of action, making sure you are comfortable with it and that you understand what to do. I was sad to leave my wonderful Rhumatoligist in SC (after going through many sub-par doctors) and was nervous about being able to find a good one, but I found a gem when I started going to Dr. Vinod!
