The gentleman I spoke with was very clear that, because it was a last-minute order, they could only offer a "florist's choice" arrangement--which I was totally fine with. I emphasized that I'd be coordinating my visit with the delivery, and he assured me they'd notify me once the flowers were delivered. On Mother's Day, I showed up--and no flowers. I stayed with my mom for about 3-4 hours, and nothing ever arrived. I was never charged for the order (which was for a $250 florist's choice), but I also never received a call, explanation, or any kind of follow-up. Life got busy, and I didn't reach out afterward to ask what happened. Maybe they were overwhelmed or lost the order, but for a small business, it's surprising to see a $250 order just vanish without any communication. My mom thankfully didn't notice, but it was the first time in years there weren't flowers for her on Mother's Day. Unfortunately, I won't be using this florist again.

There's plenty of parking right in front. Upon arrival the door was locked but there was a sign that let me know to ring the doorbell. Someone answered right away and came to open the door! I wasn't sure what I was getting. The person at the front desk let me know there were some pre-made arrangements or they could make one for me ! I opted for the personalized bouquet. I chose sunflowers and variations on blush and pink colors. The price was reasonable and she let me know the arrangement would be ready in 30 minutes. I ran a couple errands and stopped by to pick them up after. They were absolutely beautiful! The overall process was easy, questions were answered and my flowers were ready relatively fast! They offer delivery service as well. Overall I'm very happy and pleased with my personalized arrangement. I will definitely come back for more flowers in the future !

By Saturday all the roses were drooping. They never opened. The arrangement also contained lillies which also didn't open. On Tuesday 12/26/23 I called Rockville Florist and Gift Baskets to tell them that I was very disappointed with the quality of the flowers. The gentleman that I spoke with said they guarantee their flowers for 3 days. I told him reputable florists guarantee flowers for 7 days. He was extremely rude and had no customer service skills. He didn't offer any replacement arrangement or a credit to the sender. Told me I should have called Saturday. There are so many wonderful florists in the area I can't imagine how they stay in business.

I called back as what I was interested in was still not available. I spoke with someone and we narrowed down what I wanted. I was good with the communication. Everything was sent on time and with correct color scheme and balloon. I was not impressed with the actual arrangement though. I've done 1-800-flowers for the same price to other states that were way more impressive. While I get choice of flower and even artistry factors in, there was no wow factor and it just didn't look full for $100 just on the flowers, no tax. I did mention it to them via email and they felt this was indicative of $100 bouquet and added a $20 credit to my account. I'll make a different decision next time so that credit won't be used.
