Beautiful arrangement! Gorgeous fresh flowers! Wonderful customer service. Recommend highly!!!

I am very disappointment with my recent order. The product I received looked nothing like what was advertised on the website. I ordered 24 roses, but only received 18, and the white wax flowers shown in the picture were not included in the final product. The image on your website was very misleading. I have attached pictures showing what I ordered versus what I received for your reference. read more

I have ordered from this florist many times in the past. I prefer to support small businesses. I called after Valentines Day because everything on their site showed unavailable. I called back as what I was interested in was still not available. I spoke with someone and we narrowed down what I wanted. I was good with the communication. Everything was sent on time and with correct color scheme and balloon. I was not impressed with the actual arrangement though. I've done 1-800-flowers for the same price to other states that were way more impressive. While I get choice of flower and even artistry factors in, there was no wow factor and it just didn't look full for $100 just on the flowers, no tax. I did mention it to them via email and they felt this was indicative of $100 bouquet and added a $20 credit to my account. I'll make a different decision next time so that credit won't be used. read more

I received an order from a friend. Upon arrival the flowers were starting to die, I took photos and attempted to call the number listed on the insert, and the number was disconnected. After googling the florist I called and was told by the manager that there was nothing they could do unless the sender of the flowers reached out. I provided photos of the arrangement and was also told just a few flowers were bad so it wasn't a big deal. I wouldn't use them again based on lack of customer service. read more

This was my first time ordering from this place. I spent almost $200 for a beautiful floral vase but it did not last at all. We were very disappointed especially since we chose the premium flowers. read more

Excellent service and be honest, down to earth people. I was very pleased with their selection.

Unfortunately I needed a flower garland for a funeral within 1 day notice and Shah and his team at MyFlorist came through at the nth hour to get me what I needed. They were also so kind and offered condolences for our loss. Thanks for making an emotionally tough time logistically easier for us. read more

They just delivered the most beautiful bouquet to my sister for her birthday. I ordered them yesterday quite late here in Hawaii because I'm unorganized in my life and didn't plan properly. But they were able to make them and deliver to my sister even before I called her at 7am Hawaii time. She said pictures don't do it justice. Will definitely order again! I wanted to send my wife flowers for her one month anniversary in her new job. MyFlorist called me almost immediately after I submitted my online request to ask me a question after I filled out the online request wrong (haha). They were quick and the flowers (dashing daisies) were beautiful. They were also delivered before 4 pm. The $5 coupon by checking in to Yelp was also a plus!! I will definitely be using next time I need flowers delivered. read more

This is the best and most professional florist I have ever dealt with globally!. The freshest tulips and most amazing bouquet was just sent to my sister-in-law. Please see pic! I really can't thank enough "My Florist" and the manager for their amazing follow up on a complaint I had earlier. The manager's dedication and commitment to make sure I'm fully satisfied is just beyond amazing. Initially I ordered a bouquet overseas called " cotton candy premium" to Sibley hospital, I was not happy with arrangement / flowers sent. I shared my frustration with them and I was contacted immediately by the manager who immediately told me we he would be happy to send another bouquet to her residence since she probably left the hospital. This is what makes one business standout from the other! Customer satisfaction and a personal commitment to make sure every customer is satisfied! Thank you My Florist for your truly amazing follow up and beautiful flowers! read more

Time and time again these guys come to the rescue and deliver gorgeous, beautiful flower arrangements that make a wonderful gift that one can feel proud of. Just used them again for the upcoming Valentine's Day, and again the bouquet is masterfully put together. My advice -- always go for the deluxe or premium version (it's even better and is totally worth it). Delivered to my door. All precautions followed. Two thumbs up. read more

I've used this florist twice now for a dear friend that lives in McLean. I'm in Oregon so my ordering has been online. Both times the arrangements were beautiful! I always ask friends to send me pictures because I've had terrible experiences with companies not sending what I ordered and paid for. This last time I ordered, "My Florist" called me several days ahead to let me know the arrangement I had picked out should come with a blue vase but blue vases for the premium size were back ordered. I truly appreciated them taking the time to get an ok from me. Both orders were delivered on time. I'll definitely use them again! read more

We had a family tragedy and wanted to send a dish garden to our daughter-in-law and son who now reside in DC. Wishing to find a local florist, as opposed to an online conglomerate, I Googled and found MyFlorist. Brad answered the phone, listened to my request, empathized with our situation and gave me his personal attention. The end result, a picture of which he kindly texted me, was a lovely dish garden that gave me comfort to send. I highly recommend MyFlorist and will be delighted to give them my future business. read more

I've used MyFlorist twice now - once to send a sympathy bouquet and another for a birthday. The service has been exceptional both times and they even called to say they could deliver the flowers earlier than I had originally scheduled if preferred. One of the things I always worry about sending flowers is about the quality of the flowers since you can't see it yourself when sending as a gift. I sent birthday flowers to my mom and had her send me a photo. The bouquet was gorgeous and looked even better than the picture on their website. They'll be my go-to florist going forward. read more

I'm so glad I tried this place! I needed a bouquet of flowers for a teacher's birthday, and I was extremely disappointed in the flower selections at different grocery stores. After reading the reviews I tried My Florist. I went to the upstairs portion of the shop and the women there were amazing! They created a stunning bouquet of high-quality flowers within my budget and were extremely helpful. I'm already planning to come back in a few weeks for another teacher's birthday gift and this will be my go to place whenever I need a gift. read more

I contacted My Florist this week with pictures of what I wanted for my wedding bouquet. I received a reply saying the florist doesn't like communicating via email and prefers phone calls. (Strike 1) You're a business, you need to be accessible via all avenues, I was open to coming in when I had time but why can't you email me (for my records) first. So they respond and I receive an email saying the florist can't do my wedding bouquet because it's close to V-Day and they get a lot of business during that time. (Strike 2) I'm really confused. I give you 4 months notice of what I would like and you turn business AWAY. That's raggedy as hell. read more

Writing this on behalf of my boyfriend who for some bizarre reason doesn't think it's necessary to create a yelp account *sigh* From Zack "Why have a Yelp account when your girlfriend has one?!! Holly at myFlorist was fantastic. I told her exactly what i needed in a bouquet as a gesture to give to my girlfriends mom after her grandma passed away, and she exceeded my expectations with a beautiful arrangement. She even gave me a very detailed description of why she put certain flowers together, which impressed my girlfriend's mom. Holly is truly a master of her craft and has unfortunately raised my girlfriend's expectations for flowers from now on, which is ok since I now know where to go!" read more

Last week MyFlorist delivered a gorgeous arrangement from my husband, for our 38th wedding anniversary. The flowers were fresh and artfully arranged. In fact, one week later I'm still enjoying them! (I add water daily & change water after several days) Brad took the order, and pointed out to my husband that he's been ordering from MyFlorist for 20 years now. He will continue to order from them too, as the quality & care they put into each arrangement makes me a very happy recipient! read more

I called at 4:30pm and was able to order 20 bouquets for pickup the next morning at 8:30am. They called to make sure that I would like the arrangements of flowers. Extremely personable, responsive, and professional. The only difficult aspect is finding the store. The road that normally goes up to the store is closed. You will have to go around. This florist should have hundreds of five star ratings due to the quality of their arrangements. I was introduced to this florist by my boyfriend who got me flowers for our monthly anniversaries.
