The people are friendly, the shop is cute, they have staff-recommended items on each shelf, and very LGBTQ+ friendly and supportive. Their email newsletter has info on all of their book clubs (of which there are many) - eventually I will participate in one, just haven't had a chance to yet! There are several monthly book clubs for a good variety of different genres. Caboose (their children's book shop right next door) also has a ton of programming for kids and families!

Love the many different recommendations of books I'm given by cue cards on the bookshelf or personally from an associate. The variety of books is bound to make you go crazy in the best way. The quality of the books I've seen are kept in pristine condition and I love that it's also not too noisy inside. I was also not pleased when I had to practically get physical with a man who was trying to talk to my 16-year-old daughter. I made a complaint to the manager asked them to call the police and nobody came if you're not gonna protect your customers and listen to them and take them seriously I'm not gonna spend my money in establishment like this. Sorry it's just a cold hard truth. And if nobody likes, it can take down the post, but the bottom line is it I should be able to shop with my kids and not be bothered by weirdos at wandering in off the street.
