The thing is that the dinners are pretty pricey, though the price is probably what you will end up paying on average. It felt like they were trying to do pub grub, and even hold themselves out as a bar, but it really doesn't feel like a place that I would actually come to simply to have a drink. Still, the service was pretty good, but I'm probably not inclined to come back.

They do have a big TV above the bar but when we were there it was mercifully only playing music videos at a decent volume. They've got Jalapeno Poppers as a starter, and jars of sliced jalapenos on the tables. I like they way they think... The Cheesus Burger is a big whack of food. I expected the different flavours to drown each other out but the different cheeses were all well represented. I was happy that a burger with that much cheese and bacon didn't taste too salty. If I order it again I'll ask for extra blue cheese but only because it's an entire food group as far as I'm concerned. Some of the extras are a bit pricy. $2 for onion? I'll pass. Otherwise the costs seem pretty reasonable for what you're getting. Their gluten free buns are a bit dry compared to some places, according to my wife, but a light toasting could probably take care of that. They were absolutely flat out and still getting over some minor opening day hiccups when we went so I'm yet to try getting them to make some of their regular burger options with their vegetarian patties. They do however say they're making their own patties so I've got high hopes.

Staff are friendly and attentive and service is relatively quick. I've been here on two occasions recently and both times I've left waddling away after eating too much food. The portions are very generous so make sure you are incredibly hungry if ordering an entree and a main. My top picks so far are the grilled calamari (entree) and the gnocchi rose. The gnocchi is made in house and are light and pillowy. The sauce is a creamy napoli with olives, sun dried tomatoes, avocado and chicken which is absolutely delicious. Great for a mid week dinner with friends or family.

3.7. Good place…read more We were invited to a milestone birthday lunch here today for 16 people. Farm Vigano is very Italian and there's lots to like about that. We had the $55 sharing menu which is said to be in celebration of traditional Italian dining custom. It is a very good feast and makes this restaurant well worth seeking out. We started with a superb anti pasto. It is a very generous size and offers stunningly fresh and delicious produce. One of the best of its type I've had in good old Oz for sure. I'd be hard pressed to pick a favourite item. They were all excellent. The accompanying bread was excellent too. Light, fluffy and very tasty. All in all, this is a great starter. We had nice pizzas next. Three different types. All had a light base with good tasting toppings. I was talking too much and sadly didn't get the names of any of the pizzas. They are good sound pizzas without being spectacular. Next we had very good looking pork and lamb. Both dishes looked really great when they arrived. The meat was very pleasantly done but not brilliantly and it lacked just a little bit of flavour for me. This course came with well cooked baked potatoes and a nice rocket salad. A couple of our party had cannolis for dessert. I had a taste. They were good. My long black to finish was great. Very well made coffee. Service here was very impressive throughout. There's a good number of mainly young servers and they were all efficient and affable. It is a good restaurant area too. Bright and airy and lovely on a sunny day. There are nice greenery views from most windows. We really liked the place and would very happily dine here again.

It was obvious I was making the safest choice for my personal taste. I havnt got a bad word to say about the overall experience. It was fantastic. The tzatziki sauce complemented the burger very well. There was the right amount of lamb meat. It was ideal, beuitifully made. Im more of a wrap guy then a burger guy so the fact that I was so impressed by this Greek burger shows how good it was. The chips and sauce were also very nice as well. A good side snack on after the main. The chips were the exact type that I like I did not have the onion rings, my friend did. 4 stars. Definetly worth giving a go. They have so much to choose from on the menu, its hard not to find something that appeals to you. High qaulity food.

The restaurant is in a beautiful house, and isn't too big, so it doesn't feel crowded or noisy. The decoration is simple and has a homely feel to it. We were a group of ten people. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. They suggested getting an assortment of entrées to share, which was a good idea as we got to sample a good part of the menu. We did the same for desserts. The food was delicious and original, as some dishes offered a interesting mix of flavors (for example, the menu comprised an omelet with melon and mint and a curry with watermelon). Overall, I think everyone enjoyed their food. The food was tasty, flavory and fresh. A lot of the vegetables and herbs come from the restaurant's garden, which you can take a walk in after eating or between courses while enjoying the scenery. The bread was homemade and really good (and that means a lot coming from a French person!). As for drinks, we had white wine and red wine, both of which were really good. This is a nice place to go to if you want to have nice and out of the ordinary quality food and local wine and escape the city for the day.
