The windows absolutely sparkle -- they've never looked this clean. We've lived here for five years and I've tried the spray-on, hose-rinse products before, but nothing compares to this professional service. We have 17 windows, and they completed everything in about an hour and a half, cleaning the windows inside and out and thoroughly rinsing all the screens. I highly recommend Rise and Shine Window Cleaning, and especially Brandon and Dutch. Thank you so much for a fantastic experience!

They were supposed to come out on two separate occasions to clean our windows and never showed or even called on both! Their conduct was both unprofessional and quite rude. The very least they could have done was to just pick up the phone and let me know that they had decided not to do the job or reschedule for another time. This conduct inexcusable and very unprofessional. I contact them in both cases and the first time the excuse was plausible. The second no show time the excuse was not realistic and obviously made up. I was curtly told that he would check on why the crew did not show and get back to me and he hung up immeditally after that statement. The "crew" consisted of the father and son! He would then not accept any calls until I called from another number. Again, rude and curt with no real excuse. After calling back a few other times and directly going into voice mail I gave up and decided to go this route. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
