Pay off from saving per my calculations at about 18 years but that is a rough estimate. That is better return for investment than putting that cost into you finance loan on the home itself by 11-12 years. You have to be careful when the estimator sizes your system, especially here in MN and especially how much snow we had in the 2022-2023 winter. Jay reviews the numbers with you.
