Very disappointed! Unprofessional behavior!…read moreFor the estimate I informed the company of our condo layout, second floor, number of windows, etc. They gave me estimate , I agreed and made an appointment. They gave me specific instructions to remove everything from accessing the windows plus all artwork, if any near the windows. We moved furniture, blinds, artwork, etc. The day before appointment I didn't hear from them so I emailed them confirming our appointment. Julia the manager, called me back and said they actually looked at Google photos and it looks like the work they estimated (more than a week or two, ago)was not correct so it will be more money. I was surprised but agreed to decide on the price when the workers come actually here and estimate the right price then. On the day of appointment the company worker who was scheduled to come, called me and said he has family emergency situation and he's on the way, or in hospital. He told me to call the company manager Julia to set up new appointments. Again, I was surprised that he's calling me not the manager. So after a while I thought she will call me and inform me about this new situation but no, no call, no email, nothing. So I called Julia, she sounded very surprised, not knowing about this situation at all. I asked her if she has back up plan? No she didn't. She said she will call her workers and let me know, soon. She returned call in few minutes and said that worker who supposed to come, left the job because in his opinion it was not safe??? He never even showed up, here?! So why did he lie to me?! While this company had great reviews on which base I decided to hire them, I would not recommend them at all! Obviously something is missing there! Very disappointing! They don't even deserve 1star!

*** review updated after owner reached out…read more On a whim, we decided to have our windows cleaned. We've only used a window cleaning service once before. As we are not very familiar with this process, I will only list the things that were relevant to our current window cleaning with Premier Cleaning. First, they came by and offered to give us a quote for our2 story house with 37 windows. Scheduling was easy. They arrived at the time they said they would. There were 2 young gentlemen doing the work for the day. One seemed to be in training. After they started their work, they offer to also clean our gutters as they said it was quite dirty and "full". The picture they took did show some debris, so we opted for additional gutter cleaning. Towards the end, they pointed out that our window screens had some holes in them and they said they could replace them overnight and bring them back the next day. So we also opted to do that. In total, with added gutter cleaning and screens repair (10 screens total), the service ended up being doubled the original quote for only window cleaning. It wasn't exactly what we had budgeted but sometimes home maintenance requires the additional expenses. These guys were easy to work with, they communicated well and were professionals. They provided the services that they said they would provide. I was happy with the cleaning in all. It is important to give young people opportunities to make it in business, I am glad to give my business to a couple of young hard working individuals.

Christopher and his team are consistently professional, efficient, and kind - even with our crazy dog! They clean our tall Spanish-style windows, screens, and everything in between, and somehow finish the whole house in about an hour and a half every time!!! Clean windows honestly change everything, and their pricing has always been extremely reasonable (we compared a few companies before starting and they were the best value). They are a family-owned business, and they absolutely deserve your support!!! If you're considering having your windows done, give them a shot - I promise you won't be disappointed!

We walked the job to make sure all was communicated clearly. Started on the 52 panels on the roof. Ben did this carefully and efficiently. After the solar panels were cleaned, the inside windows were next. All furniture and stuff around the windows were properly secured and safe by Ben. The tracks were cleaned and windows are sparkling. No splashing of liquids, and the area was spotless. On to the outside of the windows and screens -and believe me, they were filthy. Ben took his time, and was careful with the water. The exterior windows and screens came out fantastic. This was a decent sized job and it took most of the day. Ben walked the windows twice to be sure it met his expectations and put all of his tooks away prior to my inspection. Wow what an awesome job! Needless to say, highly recommend this service, We will be having him back.

So I asked Ryan to come by and assess our situation, after walking the house and seeing what he was up against, Ryan was all in!! Ryan was very confident that he could handle our two-story house with 40 windows (plus 2 additional windows on a detached car garage), 3 window pane doors, and make (2) two custom screen frames, plus the small repair on the back screen door. Ryan's price was fair considering other quotes we received which he was down the middle in pricing. Ryan was very professional and efficient. You can see that he had a system to the madness of cleaning windows. He also has this great screen cleaning tool that's like a car washing machine with brushes, I was impressed to say the least. We have numerous hard to reach windows and he has the appropriate tools to reach these window! After all the windows and screens cleaned, he installed the new custom made screens and repaired the screen door all in an afternoon. Now, he did have to take the (2) two screens home to make new custom frames which is expected. Then Ryan worked with us on our hectic schedules due to interior and exterior construction. We are grateful for his service and we will be calling him back for future work. Ryan is just a chill dude, he's not animated or talkative, he's cordial and respectful and he's all business. That's what we need these days. I don't need a salesman talking my ear off. I don't wanna hear about someone's personal life and blah blah blah! I just want to hear the sound of work being performed. I need somebody to do work and that's what Ryan did,,,, Work! Our windows look amazing and he deserves to be recognized for the hard work! Side note** it was HOT AF .....
