OUTRAGEOUS price. Which I wasn't informed of until AFTER the windows were done. I had this company 2 yrs ago (same house) for a reasonable fee. Today I was not HAPPY! Will not use again. Working at a leisurely pace and then a charge which equates to $200 an hour is NOT OK! read more

Our condo community (40 units) called and scheduled an appointment weeks in advance for exterior window cleaning. Received text on Saturday that our Monday appointment was canceled, after all preparation was complete. They offered to reschedule a 1/2 month from now. They are very nice, but this is not the first dependability issue we have had with Squeaky Clean Window Cleaning. read more

Called to have my screens cleaned, left a message and never got a response. Called back and "Victor" set up an appointment for the next day at 430 to 530. Never showed up, never called. I called back at 6pm, told him to forget it. Very unreliable. read more

About a year ago, I really needed my windows cleaned with all the dirt that was flying around in this crazy Colorado weather. But who to call? I decided to try Squeaky Clean (love their little guy logo). I was so happy with them! They were on time and they also covered their shoes...which is a big deal to me as I'm a bit of a compulsive clean freak. The guys were professional, in uniform, and very polite. They cleaned the windows inside and out. What a difference! They look great and they cleaned my tracks as well. Excellent job! I called Squeaky Clean Window Cleaning in early October to schedule window cleaning prior to Thanksgiving guests arriving. I waived the need for a quote to be seen more quickly and still waited 6 wks for an appt. My appt was on 12 Nov and on 10 Nov I received a call that my appt on 12 Nov was cancelled due to bad weather that was expected (or it was the day after Veteran's Day and they wanted a long holiday? Who knows...)In the message he told me that they promised to get me in before Thanksgiving as I requested if I just called to reschedule. I called on 11 Nov, 13 Nov and now a total of four times in the week since I was supposed to have my appt. All my calls were placed during their posted business hours and yet no one has ever bothered to answer my calls. After FOUR unanswered calls I finally called other window places in the area and the earliest they can come out is 1 December. So my window will be filthy when my guests arrive despite me planning TWO MONTHS in advance for them to be cleaned and trusting that not only would this company keep their promised appointment but also fufill the promise they stated in the voicemail from 10 Nov promising to get me rescheduled and my windows cleaned before Thanksgiving. I chose this business because of their BBB accreditation and their great reviews... clearly their customer service has gone insanely downhill since the last time they were accredited. read more
