The car wash is self-serve but has the added value of having a drive-thru option if washing your car yourself isn't something you're in the mood to do. Drive-thru options range from $7 to $10. We chose the $10 option, and it did a pretty good job of getting the grime off. My truck is a lot better than it was before, and it looks good for taking on the road.

DONT GO HERE IF YOUR CAR IS DAMAGED!! Let me preface this…read morereview by saying, after minor damage to the front of my car, I have gone to four separate car washes without an issue. I decided to try this one out for the first time the day before christmas eve because I was in a rush to meet my family. I had a crack in the front of my car that would cause the grill to fall out of the top left corner but I would push it back in and it would be fine for months, but after I got out I found that they didn't adjust the settings on the wash for the damage and the grill had completely come out besides one screw and the bumper was now bent and folded underneath the grill so its impossible to get back in, as well as the crack being significantly bigger. The girl who helped me at the store was so apologetic and sweet about it. She did warn that because there was damage already, when i make a claim with their company they might not approve it. Which is exactly what happened, the corporate stated they don't *HAVE* to change the settings, and if you go in with damage you are accepting liability and said I was responsible since I didn't read the warning signs in the front ON MY FIRST TRIP HERE! Me and my family share this one car because a couple months ago our other car was totaled. Now we have to get rides from people because of their mistake and unwillingness to listen on the corporate side of things (i sound young on the phone and the person in charge of my claim wouldn't let me speak without cutting me off). I have to pay hundreds of dollars in order to fix an issue they created for me, which means i don't get glasses this year. They've ruined the new year and my car.

IMO, this is one of the BEST CAR WASHES IN CENTRAL TEXAS and here's why: Even if you don't pay for a wash, they are still courteous enough to let you vacuum your car for free until you purchase a car wash. They did for me. That ALONE made me do business with them ONLY. I never purchased a package. I just purchased a couple of individual washes a month. Anyway, I wish EVERY car wash in Texas was like this. They even have free mat cleaner machines that allow you to feed your car mat into the machine and the machine cleans the mat with water. And I love their compressed air gun that blows away debris from crevices. I LOVE THIS PLACE. I really do love this place. I miss it and it has set the standard when it comes to car washes for me.

You pay up front first and can get a plan of a year follow up touch up for ceramic or multiple years. So why the 1 star? After your initial service is done and when you want to do your follow up touch up, Joshua goes MIA. He does not return calls, or if he does, the follow through to get the appointment never happens. It's truly unfortunate because he does great work but he does not live up to the his end of the bargain. At this point its a bait in switch to get your money up front and then he disappears. There are other reliable reputable services out there to use.
