Sensei Alejandro is excellent with the children, kind yet firm and they seem to really like him. He's great with adults too, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, stressing form and technique. This is not something I ever would have seen myself doing, but Alejandro is so motivating, warm, and amazing at what he does, and the environment feels like such a welcoming family that I really wanted to be a part of it. My love for this place has only grown since. All the instructors are not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and supportive, and the training is perfect for both beginners and experienced martial artists. And this dojo does extremely well in competitions, producing the top fighters in the region. Lots of medals come back to the dojo after every travel event! (But also know that competing isn't required to be a part of things!) Best of all, the confidence my kids have gained from being a part of this dojo has carried over to school and other sports and activities. They are just flourishing and we attribute so much of it to Alejandro and the wonderful environment and team here. If you're an adult just looking to gain fitness, that's my story. I was always very active and have done everything from cross fit to a few ultramarathons, but the training here has developed my physical strength, balance, discipline, and overall fitness. And I've enjoyed making new friends. The facility is top-notch, with ample space for training and all the necessary equipment for whatever you are looking for. If you're looking for a fantastic place to learn karate and grow as a martial artist, this dojo is the place to be! Being a part of this family has been one of the most special things we have ever done.

This review has nothing to do with Orangetheory as a gym--it's about the management at this…read morespecific location. I've been an Orangetheory member for years, and visiting different studios usually feels like coming home. I attended this location over Thanksgiving 2025 while visiting family and initially had a great experience. The studio was clean, well-maintained, and the front desk staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience after that visit has been disappointing. I accidentally left behind a single workout glove. What followed was months of trying to get it returned. I reached out multiple times by phone, text, and email. While the front desk staff were always kind and responsive, the studio manager never replied to a single email. To make things as easy as possible, I even provided a prepaid FedEx label and offered to arrange pickup if needed. Staff confirmed that the label was received, yet I still never heard back from the manager. My last email was sent on February 4, 2026, and went unanswered. At this point, it's no longer about the glove. It's about the lack of basic communication and respect. A simple response would have gone a long way. As a long-time member, that level of disregard is disappointing.

What I greatly appreciate about PPT is the 60-minute one-on-one treatment. Your therapist does not share the time you are there with anyone but YOU! As a patient, you are the sole focus for an hour and that makes all the difference from a patient's perspective; you feel valued.
