About two weeks ago, I went there in person to get a quote on wrapping my Mercedes. Someone came outside, looked at the car, took pictures, and told me the person who handles wraps would contact me. A few days ago, I went onto their website, uploaded an entirely different project I needed done, and submitted everything they requested. I immediately received an automated email saying someone would get back to me. Three days later? Absolutely NOTHING! I even followed up by email, and they couldn't be bothered to respond to that either! Here's what really blows my mind. I've known about this company for years. I actually used them back when they were operating out of that little hut in Canyon Country. They've been around the Santa Clarita Valley forever, and I genuinely wanted to support a longtime local business. But seriously, HOW DO YOU EXPECT TO GET CUSTOMERS WHEN YOU COMPLETELY IGNORE THE PEOPLE TRYING TO GIVE YOU MONEY? I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm not asking for discounts. I'm literally coming to you with projects, ready to pay you to do the work, and you can't even show the basic professionalism of responding! This company treated me like I was doing graphics for a fleet of vehicles or a huge building sign.
