I took my laptop there recently and was surprised as to how quickly it was repaired! I had a broken…read morescreen and after not wanting to drive to take it where I usually would, I decided to stop in and the price point was alluring. They said it would be done the same day but I ended up picking it up the next morning due to time constraints. No problem with that, however, I have zoom meetings and I come to find my camera doesn't work at all. I'd assume during the checking of work that that would be checked, to make sure I had all the previous features I had before on my laptop. Now I'm debating about getting that fixed there or not. Otherwise, if you need something done quickly and pretty decently (and affordable because most places would overcharge for sure), definitely go to them. I just had to knock points off because that would be something one would check before releasing an item.

However, having just brought in my phone to get fixed I am beyond thrilled the university and uptown area has such a great phone repair option nearby! I walked in having just drove over my phone and saw a cracked screen that I thought was beyond repair. The very very nice employee recognized that it was likely the screen protector that was damaged and not my phone, so he ripped it off and just saved me 130 dollars from any other repair shop that probably would have just fixed a screen for me that wasn't even broken. I bought a new screen protector from them and he even put it on which saved a ton of frustration Top notch customer service, very very nice interior store, great prices, all around nice employee(s), and I no longer have to go to the metairie iphone repair shop to fix a broken screen.
