Unfortunately once you get here you'll find it is rather disappointing. There is seriously only a few good stores here. J.Crew being the big one. Coach being the other. I can see how Nike might be a big deal, but having gone to numerous other outlets this one just has far less selection for some reason. I'd come here for J.Crew and probably proceed directly across the highway to the promenade shops on the other side. Time is money and the time you've saved at the outlets is money you've saved that you can now spend at the regular stores at the promenade shops.

This mall was a great place to walk around, years ago. They have updated it and it really is quite beautiful, but sadly, Covid and perhaps "home delivery" from online forces makes this mall feel forgotten. There are a few shops that you'd hope to see, like Macy's, but many shops are closed and leave gaps in between. The ice skating rink is huge and the holiday decor was on point, but nobody was there to allow for skating. One thing we did really enjoy was the art work.

From all of the neighbors I've visited with about the mall, no one chooses to support it including myself. Why? Well for one the mall sucks. Ghost town. The shops are lame and have the same stuff you could get online much cheaper. 2) if you want to park at the mall, you certainly can do that with the empty parking garage, or over 10k parking spots... but there is a kicker. Whoever they put in charge of monitoring vehicles in the parking lot is either a moron, extremely bored or both. We parked there for one hour and got a parking warning. My wife even went into the mall. They are desperate for your business but very protective of those empty parking spots. Support the mall if you wish, but as a resident of their nearest customer base, I'm done supporting them.
