My sister was checking all night, and she checked this morning before she went to work. NO FLOWERS. I called and asked for a refund, which honestly the girl was nice on the phone but I was so aggravated. HOW, in 2026 is there 0 delivery tracking like any other deliver service has? No live map, no photo of delivery required, nothing? Just 1 email at 1:00 pm when I placed the order saying they got it. Even if they were delivered, they prob would have sat outside in the cold and gotten ruined - crazy for how expensive these arrangements are. Now I have to wait for my refund (if I even get it) while I place another order a day late for my mom and spend another $100+ I don't have. Very unhappy. I will never order from Ruth's again.

The owner is super nice. Once I bought orange Civia plant and few months into it wasn't doing well. I brought it back to show and ask for advice on what is wrong & what to do. They took the plant, treated it and kept for a while in the greenhouse till it became vibrant again and called me to pick it up. I appreciate that kind of customer service.
