We were in town for vacation. This place had everything we needed. Clean, fresh, and the prices were not terrible. We got a few meal in a pans to eat during our trip. I can't eat out every night, my body doesn't take it well. So, it was nice to get a fresh meal. Dried mango was great, and the avocados were huge! read more

THIS IS NOT A REVIEW OF SPROUTS. They are great and their food & service are excellent. THIS IS ABOUT INSTACART BUT I WAS NOT GIVEN THAT CHOICE. Their customer service leaves MUCH to be desired! Instacart opened a 2nd account for me without my knowledge or permission. I didn't find out about it until examining my bank statements for the last straw of 2025 for tax purposes. When I questioned why I was charged the annual membership fee twice I was told some ridiculous story about my membership having expired on Sept 30th and that I was re-enrolled with a new membership while placing an order with Sprouts Farmers Market on that date. Then my regular membership renewed on October 1st. Why on Earth would anybody open a new membership for somebody just because the previous one expired. Why would they not contact me and let me know they were going to charge my membership a day early to renew it. And when I contacted instacart to ask them to correct this situation and refund any unused portion of the membership, they refused. And they continue to refuse. So now I want them to close both memberships and refund unused portions of both and they continue to refuse because it is against their policy since there's been more than 5 days since the renewal. And how, I ask you, can someone request a refund of something they don't know about?? If this is the way instacart does business, I would warn everyone to stay the hell away from them. read more

I was so excited to come here ,but I am very disappointed with the quality of the produce and the prices ! As I was leaving empty-handed, one of the employees was rushing to get to the time clock apparently I was in her way and I said to her I'm sorry she mumbled under her breath well , I told you to move twice ! We got some top sirloin roast beef for $16 / lb and it was quite tasty. BOGO on many items, though the list price on pistachios was ridiculous. Plenty of fresh produce, though it looked like most of the oranges were from California? My mom was happy with price of shrimp cocktail. If you are in need of prepped lunches or dinners they do a nice job. I now enjoy oat milk barista style and they carry my favorite brand. One day after shopping we forgot our watermelon. They are a bit far just to go back for the watermelon so I called the store. No problem just let the front cashier know when we went to check out. They have vitamins. Essential oils. Fresh ground coffee and a large variety of self serve bins of nuts and grains. They have a very large selection of dairy/non dairy products including a nice selection of frozen food products. They have a very large selection of vegan items and fresh veggies. The prices seem average. read more

Disappointed in this location. Customer service is lacking in this store. Don't dare ask a question because they have no idea what you're talking about. Had to explain what kombucha is to an employee. It only got worse once Diane started ringing me up. She said I didn't clip a coupon which shows on the app as clipped, so she wouldn't adjust or try to figure out why the coupon wasn't going through. read more

I love this place. I enjoy my coffee and or tea here everyday with a muffin. It's the only place that has complimentary coffee or tea anymore. Service is a thing of the past but here it still exists. Sprouts Farmer Market is a cross between Lucky's and Trader Joe's. I've been to the Sprouts in Naples and glad they open one in Estero. We came after 4:30 PM on a late Saturday afternoon before we go to dinner. They are following the CDC Guideline. All staff wear mask and a team member will offer a free mask at the entrance if you don't have one. Social distance was observed and because we were in late afternoon, the store is not crowded. Staff were wiping the shopping carts as we enter the store. Checked out their meat and seafood department. Space wise, they are not huge in size but nicely layout. The prepared food look fine with a small sushi selection. Because our dinner engagement later we did not pick up any seafood or meat. Produce looks fresh. We pick up a few mangoes, dragon fruits, blueberries and a bag of string beans. Searching for Maradol papaya, and found the Brazilian Papaya instead. A huge blueberry pie was inviting but switched to apple pie since we have several boxes of blueberries in our shopping cart. The apple pie was great, the crust is baked right and apple filling has the correct amount of cinnamon. With a scoop of Vanilla on top of apple pie, it made a fine dessert at home! I guess I did a bit of a tour of some supermarkets while vacationing in the area to grab a few things here and there. This Sprouts is huge, clean, just a few shoppers. I went later in the day. I was impressed with their produce, nice and fresh, meat (ready to go kebabs), great frozen food section, many ethnic choices in the section. I got the basics, milk, cereal, orange juice and some nice hummus. Once again, great selection, big parking lot, OK prices and service. I'd go here often if I'd live in the area! read more

Not sure how this place is still open, it's nice but always empty at least when I go. Came here for one thing fresh okra and they didn't have it. It's hard to find good ones at other stores so was really hoping they had it. Most of the other produce seemed bad. The employees I could find were nice but it was late so maybe that's why there weren't that many but for such a large store...? read more

We don't have a sprouts where I live so I was excited to check it out while on vacation! There is a great produce section, a bakery, even a supplement section. I love the bulk nut concept. I eat a lot and it seems to work out cheaper this way. I picked up some hummus that isn't sold in my town that I really liked. My husband bought some swordfish and he said it was a great price. I definitely recommend sprouts! Our cashier wasn't loving her life that day but nothing that would keep me from returning. read more

Sprouts is typically too fancy for me as I'm an Aldi girl. Admittedly,I get all my organic produce from Aldi, but I go across the street for all of my meats at Sprouts. The quality of the meat for the price is spectacular. We have had the chimichurri steak,filets mignon, and lobster tails. So far everything has been absolutely delicious and the highest quality. This may deter us from fine dining as the steak and seafood is definitely fine dining quality. read more

I love shopping at Sprouts. I can find items that you do not find everywhere . I love their seafood and fish selection especially the mahi mahi and tuna. I have gluten intolerance and I love their bakery items. Prices not too bad compared to other supermarkets but the quality is good. read more

I only come here occasionally when I need an item or two and don't want to venture into Walmart. It's a nice store, the only problem is that often the fruit and bakery items are stale and they have some of the rudest employees at checkout. Most won't say anything or even make eye contact, even if you're the one greeting them.... Best stuff is the sushi and the women who work making it - they are polite and not surly. I wanted to love this store because it's convenient, but high prices on stale and spoiled produce are not a win. read more

First time I shopped here they forgot to bag some of my groceries, I paid for them and never received them. We ordered Thanksgiving dinner from Sprouts and it came in plastic containers and was not made fresh by the store. We had to "schedule" to pick it up on Thanksgiving and it was something we could have grabbed in the cold section days earlier. The potatoes were "soupy" and did not look at all like potatoes! We ended up ordering from a local restaurant (luckily they had extra) and getting rid of what we got at Sprouts. Their marketing is deceiving, go to Whole Foods. read more

When I purchased their chicken dinner with two sides and what appeared to be a blob of white bread. I was very disappointed when I saw that apparently they call this French bread for the same price is French bread accept is not French bread. I spoke to the manager she insisted that it's french bread because the label said so. I happen to like sprouts for the quality and good food prices I was getting high but most of it is organic. Come on Sprout don't insult your customers intelligence. I have no doubt this is just bread that would have been thrown away anyway I can't imagine somebody would buy this garbage. First visit to Sprouts yesterday. Nice store with a fabulous selection of stale breads and muffins. Maybe the bakers came in early a couple days ago and overachieved? Seriously, we bought a sourdough loaf and cranberry muffins that should not have been for sale. I'll pass on making another visit. read more

It's almost like Trader Joe's, Whole Foods and Ada's got together and somehow made Sprouts Farmers Market. Weird combination to think about, I know. But that's as best as I can compare this store to. Although the quality of available products are competitive to the other "natural" stores, the prices were just slightly higher on some items, however, the BOGO opportunities seemed pretty legit. Overall, my one and only trip in, I wasn't really that impressed with Sprouts. Yes, everything is sectioned off neatly and nicely in its own department (what seemed like literal "walls for days" of produce as well as glassed in butcher and seafood items), I feel the whole place is missing a "pop" of something. You can see the entire store from various areas of the building. Which is a good thing, however, the aisles being short in some spots and pushed away in others, might make for easy "so that's where I pick up..." but also makes in not so appealing, visually. When you can see everything in one view, it can get a little overwhelming. The other side to that "over whelmed" feeling was when I went to check out. Call it what you want, but it left me feeling like I don't want to rush back any time soon. The customer in front of me had bought and paid for a big order. Got their stuff, left. As I'm getting my items rung up, the customer comes back to say that she was mischarged on a few things. Showed the cashier what it was, it was handled by getting cash back for mischarge. I had a similar problem - I had gotten a couple sale items and those too, were run up wrong. Quickly corrected while the transaction was still going, I was able to get most of the prices rectified. Problem was, once I got home, I was looking over my receipt and noticed 2 items were not fixed. I wasn't about to run back and get it changed. The time and gas it would take to go back wasn't worth the money returned. However, as I was with someone else during the trip, they too, had price problems. It was almost like the register wasn't up to date on the price differences or the tags on the shelves were bad. Either way, I did happen to notice as I walked around the store, there were items listed for sale via the shelf tags, but the sale price had expired about 8 days prior. No one updated the shelves. I honestly don't know if I would return. The store is out of the way and it's easier to go to the competitors at the moment. I appreciate the shopping opportunity! read more

This is an amazing place to shop at. The fruit and vegetables are always fresh and cheep. Did I say cheep two large cantaloupes for 4$ and tasted so good. The dairy is also a lot non gmo fresh seafood and meaty that will make you want to cook out tonight. Enter thru the door west so you don't have to put on blinders to keep from filling up your cart with all of the great pastries and desserts.
