There are organic produce, specialty and niche brands of foods, snacks, groceries, condiments, household products, foods that cater to special diets (vegan, gluten-free, etc), cheeses and pastas, gourmet items, and a separate area of just vitamins & supplements, natural/clean beauty, homeopathic remedies, and other health & wellness products. There is also a deli area with a juice bar, takeaway sushi, prepared foods, soups, and a hot & cold buffet bar. You can take your food to eat in the cafe area near the entrance and also upstairs. The store is always very clean, well maintained and organized (labels all facing the same way, for example - details!). Organic, local items and produce. Kind owner. When we were there we saw a family come in with their young toddler. He immediately welcomed them and said I saved this for you! And it was a bag of unpackaged potatoes and a little empty basket on their produce shelf for him to go unpack. He was delighted and went over to do his big boy job. So cute!
