My wife had the flammkuchen and enjoyed it tremendously. I liked my schnitzel as well. The summer salad was wonderful and could have served as a meal in itself. Service was good considering how many local customers there were. One advantage to eating here is that the Gasthaus is open on Monday nights, usually a day off for many German restaurants. I attended the boarding school across the the street 55 years ago and the Gasthaus was serving meals back then. Amazing!
