For starters they said they would be at my house between 10-2pm They showed up at 2:45 with no apology that they were late (I rescheduled my day to be free between those hours. Scheduling a work call at 2pm which I had to jump off of to greet them). I had two different issues. One zone had a leaky head that was due to a value and another area with three values that were leaking. They "fixed" the area of the 3 values saying that the zone with the leaky heads were no longer leaking which was not true. The next day the leak was back even worse. They charged me $450 for this visit. A few days later I received a text from my neighbor...the area that they "fixed" was pouring out water...so much so that over half my yard was flooded with water. When I called the next morning they couldn't fit me in for another five days. On the day they were scheduled to come out they canceled. Rescheduling out another 5 days. This time they came out on time. After digging my yard up again they mention that they had over tightened a fitting cause the pipe to burst. After they fixed...I asked about the leaky heads. They needed to find the other area to fix the value which would stop the leaking heads but they didn't have the device to find the values and that I needed to contact them to set up a time for them to come out again. They actually called me the next morning with an estimate of over $600 to fix the value and that I needed to replace my control panel. The estimate of the control panel was $250...which I found on amazon for $100. Of course I was very unhappy with this estimate. The reception Ann mention that the owner was going to call me back the next day to review. The next day I received a message from Dew Drop but from Ann telling me the owner was not going to be calling and that I can either have them fix my issues or I can call them back to have my account deactivated. When I called back Ann informed me the owner wasn't calling. After I voiced my displeasure Ann hung up on me. This is a terrible way to run a business treating customer of 20+ years like crap. I highly recommend finding another sprinkler company Do not use Dew Drop!!!!

When I contacted King Irrigation, Mr. Kevin McArthur took the time to thoroughly inspect the problem. He dug out all the potential faulty pipes, repaired them, and tested 15 valve systems. The job was done professionally and to a high standard. I usually handle all repair work myself, as I understand the correct methods. However, this particular repair was done exceptionally well. I should have caught this, but it's not the kind of thing I have to worry about and I want to work with a company that I can trust to make a sensible suggestion. When they activated the my sprinklers earlier this season, they told me that I needed a new filter--when the service person realized he didn't have the part in the truck, he told me that I actually don't need the filter replaced. So did I not need it, or were you just trying to uncharge me? Or do I actually need it, and you never took the time to come back and fix it?

My system worked well for many years, but about five years ago, it started struggling. At my service calls, I was told that I had water pressure issues, or issues with tree roots... but nothing was ever changed or fixed. Well... today the serviceman actually adjusted my water pressure, and low and behold my system works better than it has in YEARS. Very pleased.

I've been…read moreusing them for winterization and fixing leaks - both at the rotor heads and in the lines itself. I continue finding myself fixing my own leaks and my heads year after a year for what they did not "detect" Regardless of how old systems are - if you're a new homebuyer like me inheriting a previous system - if leaks appear in the same spots over and over again there is an issue. If MASSIVE leaks go unaddressed - I'm talking about at the main water junction area - there is an issue. I've uncovered heads I didn't know were there, I've uncovered massive leaks that were significantly affecting water pressure - all that have been overlooked from technicians year after year. I've had leaks and rotor heads fixed, and a month later come winterization, they detect and recommend upon opening, fixing leaks in those same areas! I just spent 7 hours this weekend addressing 5 main line leaks, and 5 rotor head leaks and replacement. Since I started doing my own repairs, my sprinkler system has never been better. Water pressure at its best. Watering coverage at its best. If I had the time, I would open up my own business and do the job at half the price for people with 100% satisfaction. I would crush their business. What a scam - another overpriced service repair company. Wish I could help the rest of you who are experiencing the same.

Its mid Fall, the season is winding down. Alex's crew arrived hooked up the compressor and blew out the irrigation lines and checked all sprinklers during the irrigation system shut down. I entered into a contract with this company to provide lawn treatment to me. My lawn has a good amount of random grasses and weeds. It looked passable but I wanted to see if Morgan's could help it look better. The first treatment began in April. As the summer went on, the lawn looked okay but I didn't see any significant change and I had just as much Nutsedge as I did before with the front lawn looking the worst. I was told that I had a lot of Kyllinga which supposedly is a problem grass/weed which seems to be everywhere in Toms River specifically Holiday City. Okay whatever. So I was then told about the options of seeding, etc. to really improve my lawn, blah blah blah. I made it abundantly clear that I was in no way interested in paying anymore money to try to improve the lawn. It is what it is and between the deer crap and the ant hills, it just wasn't worth it to me. As long as it was green and okay to look at, I didn't care what kind of grass it was. I was more annoyed at the nutsedge than anything else since it sticks up much further than the rest of the lawn. So now we're down to around the second week in August and I'm getting the last treatment before the final Fall one. I come home on August 21st from work and I find half of my front lawn is rust/orange in color and looked like someone put some kind of poison over my front lawn (see pics). I was horrified to say the least. I immediately contacted Morgans and asked what happened. I was told that that treatment was done to kill the Kyllinga which I never agreed to do. So now the arguing goes back and forth and this owner is by far one of the rudest people I've ever met. Total disrespect and disregard; no accountability. The end result.....they had to seed for free because I certainly wasn't paying for their screw up. You do that to someone's lawn without their knowledge so you can force them into paying for additional services, seeding, etc.? Had I been told that that treatment was going to do that to my lawn, I would have said forget it!!!!!!! Now I have the worst looking lawn on the block. In addition, when they came to do the freebie for me, they cracked one of my sprinkler pipes. Great, now I have to deal with this guy again. I took a video, sent it to him and asked him how he wanted to proceed. Lucky for him, he sent someone that Monday to fix it. All in all, I spent almost $400 for a lawn that looks like the last two pics I'm going to post which I took a few minutes ago.
