Fair, excellent work, great communication!…read more I bought a home in San Clemente and we needed a lot of trees, shrubs and bamboo cleared. We found Robert online and he delivered. The project was removing trees and plants and extra care was needed to not damage fencing and neighbors buildings. They did a great job. I love it when people do what they say - and more.

Shocked and very upset is my experience with this company. In April I hired Rob to trim 3 large,…read moreold shade trees in my backyard. We agreed on a price and I asked when he'd come out to do the work as I'd be out of town a bit. He assured me once they could get me on the schedule I would be contacted. This did not happen. I came out of a camping trip on a Tuesday after no cell service since Friday evening to find text messages from him that they were done with the trimming (from Monday!) could I come outside and look at their work, and payment was needed. Shock and upset raced thru me as I read these messages, hours from my house to be able to see what had transpired in my absence. I was never contacted, nor did I consent to them entering my property that day to do work. I'd made clear to Rob when he did the bid to tell me when they'd put me on the schedule. When I told him this he apologized and said it was a miscommunication with the office. His miscommunication is my backyard being entered without my permission and trees being cut to a degree that the shade lost will take decades to grow back. The work they did was excessive and irreversible on old trees that took decades to grow. I am shocked, upset and unhappy with the entitlement that took place on my land while I was out of town. I truly don't understand how someone would think it's okay to work on someone's land without their knowledge. In no way do I feel good about my experience with them.

Despite their professional demeanor, they made me feel like we were old neighbors, and their genuine appreciation for their work and their clients was palpable. Deep Roots Landscaping excellence was evident from our initial consultation right through to the completion of the project. I received quick response for my inquiry for a bid on my project, a timely emailed quote and availability for the project to start. Logan and Ezra wasted no time in getting the job done while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. They did not leave a mess in my yard or on the street but cleaned and organized every day. They made the entire process seamless and stress-free, and their friendly demeanor made me feel like more than just another client. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the final project. I am so happy with their work that I have asked them to come back for another large project. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of landscaping services and have been spreading the word.

Top notch folks -- they do great work, have a fantastic crew, and are easy to communicate with. I…read morehighly recommend Chris.

As an initial supporter of this company, I am posting this review to document a complete breakdown…read morein post-installation support: Billed for Incomplete Work: While I was traveling out of town, Allegiant generated an $86 invoice for a service call to repair a dead Zone 9. Upon my return, Zone 9 was still completely dead, and adjacent Zones 8 and 10 in the same manifold immediately failed as well. Unresolved System Failure: The controller outputs proper voltage, but the entire valve box serving these zones is dead. Testing revealed inconsistent wire continuity and mismatched wire colors across the boxes, leaving three zones entirely without power or water. Zero Communication: Rather than demanding immediate service, I mapped the circuit readings, wire colors, and continuity issues and sent the findings directly to dispatch to help streamline their technician's visit. Allegiant has completely ignored every message and call. Automated Invoicing Over Service: While management refuses to acknowledge service requests or send a technician to verify the failure, their automated system continues to send payment demands for the uncompleted $86 repair. Quality installation means standing behind your work when zones fail. Billing for repairs that never worked and ghosting the homeowner when asked for follow-up is unacceptable.
