Took my dog in for annual check up. Staff was ok, business like, not friendly. Prices are a lot higher. Was charged extra for my dog exam because he's a senior... 9 years old and they didn't do anything extra than a regular checkup. In fact, no one did a oral exam for his teeth neither. A 10m exam at most, and was $90 senior fee. Most disappointing was the ear drops for an ear infection. Was charged $90 when I could of ordered online for $43. That kind of price gouging is ridiculous. Most vets I've been to give discounts to be cheaper than you can get elsewhere... not here! They also don't allow calls for prescription heartworm, flea and tick from pet pharmacies, make you come in to get script then you have to send to place your ordering from, so annoying. I'm sure that's so you just figure I'll get it here and save time while thet reap the profits! Save money and pre check prices... I should have (my fault) but thought they were a better vet than that.

    They love animals here!

My aunt just adopted a cat, and we were searching yelp for a new vet and found this place. Let me tell you why it's #1 on yelp: Easy to make an appointment Beautiful space Compassionate staff Great advice A completely chill doctor, who took all the time we needed Fast lab service Loving care I've never been to a vet's office where all of these things happened. We were so impressed!!! Tasha was even welcomed on a new patient sign in the lobby!! Highly recommended.

After a relationship with Sprinkle Road Veterinary Clinic lasting more than thirty years, we said goodbye to our beloved dog last week, our fourth dog that had benefitted from the expert care there. The staff were so kind when we were stressed because our pets were sick, and they have guided us through some very challenging situations, including end of life decisions. We are so grateful.

We cannot stress enough how much we LOVE Sprinkle Road Vet Clinic and all of the people who work there! We have been taking our dog there for just under a year since adopting him, and they do such a fantastic job. We know he is always in good hands and we trust their professional judgment. Their prices are very reasonable and I always feel like I can call with any questions. Even with COVID, we pull in and they get our dog from the car. He has no problem going with them and we feel confident in the care he receives.

Will this vet sedate my dog to clip his nails? he has tumors or cycts in between his toes and he old and doesnt let anyone touch his paws we tried melatonin but it didnt do anything

Hi there - We can certainly do this procedure if it is necessary. Generally, we would have to schedule an exam first to make sure that the animal is healthy enough for sedation. Please call us at (269) 349-6060, and we would be happy to get… Read more

The staff here knows me by name and all my pets as well. When I had my dog Magglio, he had severe health issues from 9 months old until he passed at 13.5 years old this past January. Everyone at this hospital knew him, knew his issues, and always asked about him even when I was there for another pet. They made special accommodations for him when he refused to come inside, even before COVID. They went above and beyond to make sure Magglio's needs were always met. When it was time to say goodbye and let him go, I could see that it affected the entire staff. It seemed to me at least that losing him was saying goodbye to a part of THEIR family too. I couldn't ask for a better veterinary hospital or a better staff to take care of my fur kids. I will always recommend that someone take their pet here. You won't regret it.

I would recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone!

Terrible experiences everytime we've gone to this clinic. One dog was misdiagnosed with an "upset…read moretummy" and died 3 hours upon returning home. Another dog last week was given antibiotics for a UTI after waiting 4 hours. A week later, blood was still present in her urine and she had no UTI. We took her to our local VCA clinic where we were told she likely needed emergency surgery for pyometra. Not trusting VCA Emergency to handle any continued care, we took her elsewhere and after extensive bloodwork, tests, ultrasounds and xrays, it turns out she did not need emergency surgery and it was either a cyst or an ovarian remnant missed during the spay (also performed by my local VCA clinic). We are waiting for bloodwork from the lab to confirm. All this testing only cost $1400 at Emergency Veternary Care Center Kalamazoo. Don't go to VCA Emergency unless you want to pay hundreds to thousands of dollars for multiple misdiagnoses on multiple dogs and have one pass at home. Go to EVCC for emergencies. The care was quality and they provide payment plans.
