Probably the worst event I've ever experienced with my children. Have you ever read the books By RL Stine? This seemed to be a place out of a book that would be called killer carnival. It was a joke. Looks like things were put together with some glue, tape and black tarp with some spray painted wood. The circus maze thing was Uber creepy and we were given used 3d glass from fright nights 2022 that were handed out to us by a man grabbing them from the DIRTIEST GROCERY CART IVE EVER SEEN. PROBABLY PICKED IT UP FROM A HOMELESS CAMP. I'm only ok giving the star because the puppy land was so adorable and the kids had a great time in pirate land.... in addition, the adorable pirate actress (who was only there when we were leaving at 5pm) played her amazing part and really engaged with the kids. and in all honesty, my kids had fun... but from an adult view... it looked like something out of a horror movie. With all of this being said... I would have happily paid $5 for this event. Not $37 a ticket... we paid 300 for our family to go to something that was more like a street fair. Total rip off. Also, 52" for the same ride that's 48" at Magic Mountain... that's ridiculous. $10 for a bad of Cotton candy... get out of here. Also, please have more shade of you ever do any more events. I have been to many fest and events in this area. This was the worst one I have attended. It was a bunch of setup places/lands that didn't make sense. A place to pet puppies, an area to listen to music and dance, pirate place, Christmas , and haunted house area. Towards the end was food and rides. The rides were limited and the height requirements weee ridiculous. It cost $35 dollars a person regardless of age and they had carnival games that cost extra. I really felt like it was a rip off. I should not have to pay for carnival games with everything else was free it was strange. They whole event just didn't come together it wasn't cohesive and made no sense. I read the reviews and honestly I agree with a lot that has been said already. I do agree that the place is a little barren to a fault, and reminds me of a high school carnival. Everything looks crafty, with some areas clearly having more thought to them. The food is definitely overpriced, but it was tasty. I suggest eating beforehand, a quesadilla isn't worth $16. However, If you manage your expectations, realize that adults aren't the target audience and bring your family, this place is a great photo-op day. This is clearly a place to bring children and make memories. So if you're inclined to take lots of photos, you'll enjoy your time. Definitely avoid the carnival games, if you wish to save money. Every other ride and world was included in the ticket. The people running them were nice, but I can see how the games are money wasters. I had a lot of fun, modeling my family around the different lands and rides, and easily filled 2 hours worth of time. I would easily pay $20-25 to visit again, but not again for $40 (I'm including service fees). And finally to end on a good note, the horror mazes we're good, and I could tell the scare actors had a lot of fun. They had me spooked more than Halloween Horror Nights! Well we didn't think to check yelp before buying tickets lol it is pricey for what it is. There's 6 "rides" that you do get unlimited. Two of which are for adults or teens and 4 for 3-5 year olds. The kids enjoyed themselves but I don't see this as a place for singles to come and have a good time and get your moneys worth. They have a 360 Photo Booth which was cool to take a picture with your group except they never sent the picture lol they give the option to airdrop text or email so I went with text but never got the text. I didn't check out the food vendors but they did have popcorn $4 sm $7 med $10 large. Carnival games are $10. I didn't feel completely ripped off but it did feel like they could've had higher quality carnival rides and higher quality decor in the "lands" for the price you are paying per person. read more

Not worth the money, the "lands" look like something somebody built in their front yard. The rides are very rickety and look old, probably about 5-7 rides in all. You don't need VIP because rides are included so don't waste your money. Food wasn't great either. Be ready to spend $200 plus for a family and get very mediocre version of a free street fair with minimum decor , no interaction with kids and they don't allow Children to 90 % of rides based on their very stupid interpretation of height restrictions. The sign clearly says "you must be 42 " to ride alone" but their very "friendly" staff don't allow 90% of the kids saying that 42 inch is maximum. They don't speak English and basically push the kids away from the rides. So what you get for your $$: pirate shack made out of trash bags, puppies who are barely alive, rides that only accept kids who are exactly 42 inch high, no less, no more, and fries for $20 Do not waste your time and money. read more

It was average but not worth the money. We saw all within 90 minutes and again was just meh! The rides were extra and the foodcoart was outside the main grounds. Once we went to the food court, we were not allowed back in. This is a misconception and took us by surprise. Once to this event is enough for me. read more

We paid for VIP which meant get in the fastest apparently and there was absolutely no line to get in. I believe I paid $140 and it was ran by crackheads. I bought a coke and he handed it to me in a dirty plastic water bottle and it was HOT. The Santa appeared to be on drugs. When I complained about the extra pricing for paying VIP they just said "sorry." Do NOT wats your money it is incredibly over priced and unorganized it felt so weird. read more

I spend 400 hundred tickets included. I went on the last day and half the things were gone the rides and activities. It's a waste of money. The games are totally scam with there downtown stuffed animals getting it half piece and selling it here for a ridiculous price. Next year I will not be taking my kids here. Springtopia was fun for my very positive 6 year old, and a total bore for my 12 year old...and pretty much a bore for me too, although it's always fun to see at least one kid have fun. Each of the seven experiences that they hype are really just a maze inside a big tent with a few statues (2--6) or lights, or an open area with a thing or two to do. There's not a lot to do. Best of all was the puppy zone--because puppies! Both kids enjoyed the friendly, clean, happy beasties. The time allowed was brief but fun. Worst of all were the Circus and Holiday areas. Holiday had a live Santa for pix, and just spots to pose in. Circus comes in bottom of my list: 3D glasses and random painted rectangles and circles. 2 plaster cages where half size plaster big cats stood. ???? No clown, no show, just a guy on stilts who walked by and high-fived. Okaaay. My six year old enjoyed jumping off the "plank" in the "pirate experience" into an area of foam blocks and climbing back up on the plank from the blocks. It was that low. When we were leaving, there was a "pirate" who was truly having fun with a set of smallish kids. Hats off to him, the one employee who played with kids, stayed in chatacter and gave them a fun experience. I didn't get his name, but he's Black. The scariest thing about the spooky area was that my 6 year old went in alone and didn't answer my call. Nothing amazing there. She walked out unfazed. My little one also enjoyed the fun zone where she could run and skip around with headphones on for the silent disco dance. I chalked a picture on the long blackboard. And we waited for her to get tired. Bubbles are nice to watch... The rides: It was great that we didn't have to pay or give tickets, but there was no ride engaging enough or actually big enough for my 12 year old. The tall slide didn't look all that interesting. The one exciting-looking ride wasn't open, but it was wheezing noisily while it turned, so...good thing it wasn't, probably. Food. Meh. read more

Don't waste your time going.. everything in the picture is not as it seems. Waste of money and so disappointing . If you plan on paying at the door to avoid paying the booking/convinience fee from online they will make you scan a barcode there which will redirect you back online to their site. So there is no way around it. It is a big SCAM even the LA county fair is better than this. Not many rides as the picture shows. If I could give this zero stars, I would. Fever's website listing made this out to be a curated experience that would be great for children. Puppy petting! 3D experiences! Pirates! However, we arrived to a filthy, unsafe, disaster in the middle of an abandoned mall's parking lot. I'm astounded this hasn't been shut down for health code violations! We had a great time! Food was great, activities were fun. Plenty to do to keep everyone busy. Definite best for elementary school kids. My son and his friend LOVED puppy land and I appreciate how they looked out for them in the one warm day. Cotton candy was amazing. Decided to go check it out on their last weekend. Overall this was definitely overpriced and if your kid is under 36in there's only 1 ride they can do which they don't tell you when your buying the ticket. I agree with the other 1 star rating. Rides were not operating- workers standing in front of / next to rides saying they open " in a couple hours ". We / the kids were not able to go on any rides. Ok- so that area was basically not open . Games for a fee ( games were fun). Decorations were minimal in Pirate / puppy/ holiday areas- The puppies were very cute- extra star. Light show area nice. I took my kids to this event last Saturday. Its in a location where the old topanga promenade is in a parking lot . When you first arrive there is a security metal detector which is good now a days. So i felt safe with that being there, then you walk up and get your tickets scanned. Once scanned you begin to either go through the 3d circus maze and or the fun land. The 3d circus was pretty amazing how its 3d my kids enjoyed it .then went to pirate land , it basically had some pretty awesome pirate stuff such as a plank where the kids jump into a little pool of foam block pretending its water. My oldest child loved it so much thats where he went all the time , then we went into puppyland and we fell in love with the puppies they had . The only issue i had was that they kept them in a confined area with a cage that goes around in a circle with about ten puppies i was under the impression that the area was going to be much bigger for them to run around . Another thing that pissed me off is that they time you going into the pen and a guy immediately starts his timer for three's minutes to play with them. Thats not enough time to play with the puppies if your a small child who loves puppies. Then proceeded to holiday land and it helped with the heat that was hot , spooky land wasnt that spooky at all even my five year old said it wasnt , we went to get food and drinks frankly the food is way to expensive for stuff to eat at a sporting event. The beer tent was a guy who basically carded me because i dont look over 21 years old i mean im almost 30. He make a big stink about it and asked me if i was with someone who is older that can vouch that im over 21 i mean come on really ...... im a fuckin mother to two kids ..... then he proceeds to tell me just in case if there is undercover people lol he finally copped and gave me a wrist band and gave me my expensive drink .... But other than that and the height requirements i had a pretty amazing day well spent for a really nice day in the valley .... Please consider if your going to have an event like this please dont charge 35 dollars a ticket thats a bit pricy for something that can easily cost like 20 or maybe 22 ;) read more

Such a huge disappointment! Went for my hubby's birthday as we've *loved* previous events in the same space - Hauntoween, WonderLAnd, and the Easter one two years ago - but Springtopia was just abysmal. We waited 10 minutes to get in (the 4pm slot when they just opened) and I thought there must be a huge crowd! But nope, the 100 of us who had 4pm tickets were the only ones in the whole place, and it dwindled to like 50 guests by the time we left. Each "land" is no larger than 30 parking spots, and several of them were constructed with black tarps (read: trash bags). The pirate guy scared our five year old and chased her around despite her being in obvious distress. The Easter Bunny wasn't there at all - I think the sign said there was only one day for the bunny, despite what their website says. Santa was nice enough, though far from jolly. The Grinch was pacing back and forth in the holiday space like a caged animal. The "snow" bubbled from a corner machine that was placed so the wind blew the snow bubbles out into the street. The parking lot itself has taken quite a beating with the rain, and we all tripped multiple times on the loose asphalt and cracks. I can't believe it's not been shut down due to the condition of the pavement! My daughter really wanted cotton candy, but at $12 bucks a pop, we'd need to take out a second mortgage! The carnival games cost extra, and you have to Venmo or Zelle each operator separately. What a colossal pain! Zero out of ten; would not recommend! read more
