i purchased their Ecowater sump pump combo backup system. Did not end well. I so wanted this to…read morework but I found out my warranty was voided because they installed this unit in my 15" pit which after installed realized it has to be 22". I kept getting alerts my water level was high then it would kick in and drain. Then I got high voltage alerts, then another that said undefined. Douglas was willing to honor my warranty but then in reading the paperwork I discovered it was not recommended using a generator with it. Another thing not disclosed to me. They didn't even realize it. Which why would they not know these things?? It is overly sensitive sending alerts over every thing. They did agree to remove it so I could get something else and return my money .... However when they came to pick up their sump pump they had no money to give me. After feeling lied to I did not give them their pump. I now have to return the pump to the office and then I get a check. I would have recommended their water conditioning but at this point I definitely don't trust them. This sump pump is apparently new to them and they have no knowledge of restrictions it has. I'm deeply disappointed this happened as the installers Connor and Wes were great and did their best to help. I definitely do NOT recommend this company at all especially their sump pump that they know nothing about. Call the manufacturer like I did. Every little thing voids the warranty.

Ray arrived and wasted no time troubleshooting and discovering a clogged screen about 110 ft in the ground. Unfortunately, the technique that works best also has the well down for a couple days. While he was treating the area, we took a small overnight trip. Upon our return the next afternoon, we were surprised to see Ray was reassembling the well. One successful test later, we were back in action. It's nice to know whether we need a new dug or repairs to an existing system Ray is there to make it happen. 10/25

I called Advanced Water Treatment at the end of March, 2026 to have our water softner system serviced. When I spoke to the lady at Advanced Water Treatment, she asked me if I would send photos of the Unit in my home so they could make sure that the Tech could have the parts to fix the unit on arrival. I sent photos, per Advanced Water Treatmenet on Friday, 3/27/2026 . My appointment was not scheduled until the upcoming Tuesday. The Tech shows up on Tuesday, 3/31/2026. I let him in the home and let him know that the Piston was stuck on our specific Unit which was the problem, ( Which he did confirm that was in fact the issue). The Tech then tells me that Advanced Water Treatment doen not even carry those parts! The issue I have with this company is they knew that they were not able to Fix my Unit because they don't carry the parts for the Unit I have but are still charging customers a service fee! Not one person from the Company called or text me to inform me that they didn't have the parts so I could've had parts here for them to install since they don't carry them ( Which was the whole reason I sent them Photos of my Unit in the first place) I have requested Multiple times for a refund which has been denied by the Owner , Brad! I called him at 9:30 in The morning and he came out to give me an estimate On replacing the system that afternoon!!! His estimate was a third of what Culligan wanted for the same replacement system. The next morning he arrived on time, Removed the old system, and installed the new system. My water pressure is 100% better, dishwasher cleans my efficiently, and filtered water taste Amazing!!!! I Highly recommend Danny and his company. He is honest, Prices fairly, and delivers on time. I have Never experienced a more trustworthy efficient company.
