    Madison Providence

    Madison Providence

I'm posting an updated review of Madison Providence after living here for over a year…read more 1. The parking situation has gotten significantly more frustrating. There is not enough parking, and recently "reserved" spots have been placed throughout the community (not handicapped, just reserved with no explanation or communication regarding them).. I certainly hope these folks using reserved parking are paying extra to do so, because even when they aren't there, everyone else has to leave the spot open and park in Timbuktu 2. Raising rent prices is a bit of a pain point for me personally. The same day I got my lease renewal with a rate hike, the same floor plan I'm living in was listed on the MP website for ~$100 less per month. I called to see if they would match that and they told me my options were to pay my offered price or to move into another apartment within the complex to get the listed price online. WHAT?! They would've been out more money in their resources cleaning and flipping our apartment over for the next renter than they would be matching the online posted price or meeting in the middle and keeping our rent where it was. 3. Overall, I still enjoy living at Madison Providence. We haven't had major issues with anything within our apartment, the maintenance people are nice. It's these few pain points that have become frustrating.

1-Star Review Unresolved Maintenance Issue -- Dirty Patio…read morefor Over 2 Years I've lived at The Madison Providence in Collegeville for two years, and from day one, my patio has been filthy. I've submitted three maintenance requests asking for it to be power-washed--something that should've been done before I moved in. Every time I follow up, I'm told: 1. I can't hire my own service (due to lease rules), 2. And there is no timeline for when the complex will clean it. So essentially, I'm stuck. I can't clean it myself, and management refuses to give me a clear answer or solution. I've reached out multiple times and even asked for the corporate contact--no one will provide it. I'm paying premium rent for a luxury apartment, but this situation is far from luxury living. This isn't just about the patio anymore--it's about accountability, basic cleanliness, and respect for tenants. To future residents: if you're considering moving here, ask to see your patio first--and make sure any promises made by the leasing office are actually followed through. I'm still waiting, two years later.

The units are comparable to high end luxury units in the area. The SF, and finish of the apartments for the price are very reasonable compared to other luxury apartments. The pool, exercise room, club room, grills, and fire pit are great amenities. There are a lot of events for both children and adults. Costco, Chik Fil a, and outlets are a couple miles away. The Railroad Restaurant And Bar, my favorite place for some good food/beer is a couple miles down the road too. There's a couple state gamelands too nearby where I enjoyed pheasant hunting or just walking my dog. It's a safe community and the people there are great. I have kept up with my old neighbor after moving out. The only reason I moved out is because I relocated to another state for work. I highly recommend Westfield 41. Staci and Eileen are in the office and they are great!

The clubhouse, fitness center and pool are always clean, have easy access and have great amenities. There's also a fire pit and grills for all of the residents to use. Stacie is an amazing manager and has taken great care of all our needs. I highly recommend Westfield 41. Great location, great staff and great size apartments and townhomes. This sure beats all the other "luxury" apartment communities around this area by far!

During the first meeting with Andrew he explained the process of listing and seeling our house as well as all of the additional resoucres his team could provide as a part of his service. From the moment we chose to work with Andrew the process went at our pace and we felt we were in total control of what took place. For instance, when we felt we were ready for the stager to come in and give further reccomendations we were able to schedule that. When the stager suggested removing a number of items from the house prior to showings Andrew made himself and his trailer available as soon as possible to aid in removing some of our belongings to our storage unit. When we were confident we were ready to show our property Andrew's photographer came to the house and in 15 minutes took stunning photos of the house for our listing. Andrew was always readily available via e-mail and phone, always kept us up to date on any contact he recieved from prospective buyers, as well as checked in at times to make sure we didn't have any questions. After we reveived an offer he was still very active as we went through the needed inspections and settlement process. At no point during this process did my husband or I have concerns that our interests were not the focus point of Andrew's work. Lastly, we feel Andrew went above and beyond as he kept an eye on our house, checking on the property frequently, after we have moved out of state but the settlement/closing had not yet taken place. Overall we have no complaints working with Andrew and his team and would not hesitate to recommend him and his service to others.

My wife and I lived at RG for one year, and overall we would say we had a neutral experience…read more The apartments themselves are great: spacious, centrally located, and cheap. When it comes to the apartments themselves, I only have two complaints: one is that the kitchen is very poorly laid out, so if you like cooking up a storm (like I do), you'll find yourself running out of prep space very quickly. The other is that in the first floor apartments that are half-underground, during heavy rainstorms water will get into your apartment. Every time it happened, the administration was very quick to send people to rectify the issue, but it is nonetheless very inconvenient. Moving onto the administration, this is where the community loses most of its points. In the year that we lived there, THREE separate community managers left the company for one reason or another. That means that in just 12 months, our point of contact was 4 different people. This wouldn't be such a big deal if the apartment would bother letting us know when there was a change of the guard, but we frequently wouldn't find out until a month later when the e-mails we had been sending out weren't returned and eventually bounced back as an invalid address. Normally not getting responses from our e-mails would be a clue, except we frequently didn't get responses from our e-mails regardless. I had to e-mail the community manager FOUR TIMES to get our cat added to the lease, and we contacted them in excess of five times about the people in the apartment above us smoking and getting the smoke in our bathroom with nothing being done. I will say that the newest community manager that was in charge when we left was very attentive and on top of things, but I can't reliably say that the service will be that way 3 months from now, knowing that. Overall we had a positive experience at RG, but people looking should be aware that the cheaper price does mean you take a hit, service-wise.
