The location is wonderful as you can walk to the Leavenworth village in just a few minutes. The room was comfortable, the bed plush and plenty of pillows to choose from. Although there was an adjoining door, thankfully noise was not an issue during our stay. We had the complimentary breakfast on our first morning here, which is a nice perk of staying here. I liked the omelet with onions and peppers. The food was OK overall. We got a margarita pizza from the pub restaurant which was good. It's nice to have a food option available right in the hotel. Went into the pool once - it's located outside. It was refreshing to cool off. The size of the pool is on the smaller side, and so once people come in and get noisy, naturally it isn't so relaxing. Would've stayed in longer, but oh well. The first night, my family member told me that our room was out of conditioner and she used the little bit remaining, and that we were also low on shampoo. I went to the front desk and requested more shampoo and conditioner. The desk attendant said you just had to push the container hard (there are dispensers opposed to individual travel-size bottles). I went back to the room and only got a few drops of conditioner to use. The following day, we asked a housekeeping team member to check our dispensers. She ALSO said you just had to push the dispenser hard. But when they came to our room later that day, we saw that the dispensers had been filled up because finally there was product in each and plenty to use. Not sure why it couldn't have been fixed in the first place, and it was assumed we weren't using them correctly. Once we checked out from the hotel, my family member remarked it was strange that the person at the front desk just promptly took our two room key cards and didn't say anything, like briefly asking how our stay was, or simply just a quick 'thank you' for staying here. Maybe it was just particularly busy.... but something like that can go a long way.

The pictures on the website do not do any justice to how beautiful this place is, NONE!! As reluctant as I was to share my experience because I wanted to keep this place a secret (lol), I just had to! Keep in mind, the ambience of this Inn is part of Leavenworth so don't expect it to be completely modernized or contemporary. The staff were very nice and friendly. Always smiled as we passed through. The amenities available during your stay, was great! There are many more things available/ additional areas to this place that I didn't access during my stay. The dinning area is very clean and large with many windows to view the back of the property as well as, the snow capped mountains. The rooms are quite big and bathrooms are huge. Both very clean! The beds and pillows were soooo comfortable. In the room, there are ACs and a door that leads to a small balcony with a patio table and chairs for the outer rooms. This area isn't a personal-ish space because there are no walls separating the other rooms and during our stay, we did not experience other patrons utilizing this access to enter nor exit therefore It wasn't an issue for us at all. The upper floors have access to the stairs going up or down to the parking stalls. I, personally, did not feel it was a security issue at all. No noise issue at all as well, very quiet and peaceful. I was able to checkout the family/game room and it is large with everything they say is available. There was nothing impersonal about this space even though It's a shared space. The 2 lounge areas make you feel like you are at home. We actually sat in the lounge area on the second floor to relax and figure out where we were going for dinner. I've seen families having lunch and others just doing their thing. The lounge areas were kept clean. Couches were comfortable too. We were in walking distance to the promenade and never felt unsafe. In summary, I really needed much RRR and the Enzian Inn did it for me!! Everything was perfect!! All that I experienced here, was intentional and I felt important. Thank you, Enzian Inn, for a wonderful experience and accommodations! Note: Our time spent here, was at the end of February 2026.

Loved the dessert bar, although it would have been nice to have a few more options with chocolate:) HOTEL/CLEANLINESS/ROOMS- GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We got in last minute over the first weekend of October and spent 3 nights in a balcony room facing the river with a fireplace. What else could you want? The entire hotel and lounging areas are so comfortable and beautifully maintained. SPA- Didn't do any extra treatments, but we did use the main spa area nightly and on our last day. Fun for a change! Lots of options! Spa staff was over the top sweet! Fresh towels, robes, water, tea.... felt soooo pampered! CONS (not too many) Service- There were a few staff members who probably need an attitude check. When guests are paying almost 1k a night, all staff should know the answers to your questionsls, and no we shouldn't feel rushed to leave you alone so you can continue your conversation with your co worker. Maybe a staff training on customer service should be on the monthly meeting? FOOD- NO COMPLAINTS HERE! HOTEL/ROOMS/CLEANLINESS- While our room was very nice, there were a few items to note that we're a bit run down. The bathroom floor had stains, the actual bathroom itself wasnt that nice despite the marble tub, and the shower took forever to get hot. The room was also very hot and we couldn't lower the temperature. We ended up sleeping with the balcony doors open. It would also be nice for them to have water stations on each floor, as you needed to walk downstairs to get water (and you definitely want to stay hydrated after spaaing all day!) SPA- my biggest issue was the water and room temps. Not hot enough. While I have never utilized a spa resort, I am used to using the steam room at my local YMCA, and going to a local Korean spa in my area. The temps here are way too low. I sat in the "hottest" steam room for 40 mins and left because I got bored. The hot tub outside was fine for 5 minutes, then my body adjusted and it felt like a bath. The "heated" marble and water beds never heated up. In the evenings when we went there weren't a lot if people- so it wasnt due to the doors being open a ton. For me, yes it was nice, but definitely not as therapeutic as I need. The extra scents and ideas are lovely- but with everything being "warm".... I was underwhelmed especially for the price point. TIPS FOR 1st TIMERS! 1. Go on a week day and pay the extra fee per person for early/late use of amenities. Save some money, enjoy the food and spa, and leave within 30 hours all for under 2k! Id ask about this when you call to book to see the pricing as Im sure it changes all the time. 2. Bring extra water for your room (if youre like me and dont want to keep walking downstairs to fill up.) 3. Go during the poopy time of year, or during the snow. I will admit I am not a lounger, so we did a ton of activities during our visit outside of the hotel. If you come to simply be here- cold, wet, rainy and/or magical snow time is where its at to truly hunker down and get your money's worth. If you cant sit still or relax- this isnt your place. 4. Call and check the website daily if you want to go sooner than later. They book out months in advance, but I snagged a cancellation within 3 weeks! Overall would I go again.... depending on why and when- YES! Would I make this a yearly trip.... not for my style of vacation. I've stayed at some VERY nice places, and while the Post was lovely, I cant say it was FAT travel. My 40th Birthday spent here was such a fun adventure and worth it... but if youre into 5 star exclusive perfection, the Post still has a few details to work on. Thanks for the great stay- see you in a few years!

Beautiful Property, Deeply Unfair Management Process…read more Residence Inn Wenatchee has a beautiful Columbia River location, comfortable suites, and valuable complimentary electric-vehicle charging. Marriott should add more chargers. Unfortunately, management overshadowed every positive aspect of my extended stay. I selected this hotel as my temporary home for what was expected to be an approximately 81-night healthcare work assignment. For more than a month, no significant management concerns were communicated to me. Then, after several interactions were interpreted differently from how I intended them, management ended my stay early and later confirmed in writing that the property would not accept future reservations from me. My central concern is simple: Neither manager ever asked me for my account before making those decisions. I was not given a written summary of the allegations, told which facts had been verified, informed which policies I had allegedly violated, or given a meaningful opportunity to respond, correct inaccuracies, apologize, or demonstrate growth. One incident involved my saying that I was "in love" with a front-desk associate. I now understand that the wording may have caused discomfort, although that was not my intention. Another guest then loudly yelled, "Stop flirting with him," in front of others. I felt publicly humiliated and later responded loudly when that guest asked whether he had offended me. I accept that I should have disengaged completely. Management later raised the possibility that I had followed the guest to his room. I did not. I was returning to my own room when he spoke to me again. No manager ever asked me directly what occurred. Other concerns involved a public swim-meet weekend and a separate pool conflict in which I sought help from the front desk. I acknowledge that I was sleep deprived, distressed, and approached the desk multiple times. Again, nobody asked me for my complete chronological account. Both managers eventually came to my room together at approximately 9:00 a.m. on a Monday, woke me, and informed me that I had to leave early. The decision appeared final before my perspective had ever been requested. I later received written notice permanently refusing future reservations, but no clear explanation of the specific evidence, findings, or reasoning was provided. I accept that intent and impact are not always the same, and I have reflected seriously on boundaries, emotional regulation, affectionate language, awareness, and de-escalation. But accountability should not be one-sided. A fair process should hear all sides before making permanent decisions. That did not happen here. Property and location: 10/10 Management process: 0/10 Transparency: 0/10 Overall experience: 0/10 A beautiful hotel cannot overcome management that left a long-term guest feeling unheard, falsely accused, removed, and permanently unwelcome.
