The only draw back I have is the Starbucks does not provide Stevia ( Truvia ) sugar alternative. It is the most healthy , does not cause cancer and is highly recommended by doctors . At check in, they inform you that they have a Starbucks that is open in the mornings but that the front desk will open it at requests after it closes . Well that's not true, Starbucks was closed for most of the day and when asked if you could by a drink or snacks (because it's a Starbucks inside a little store with snacks and drinks ) the front desk said they couldn't because they didn't have anyone to open it . The bar/restaurant is open at 5pm, we decided to go get dessert since Starbucks wasn't available and we sat down for 15 minutes before anyone approached us. We ordered two desserts and we were told they were out of stock. It took about an hour and a half to get our check which is insane. We went one night to the bar and brought wine with us and were told we couldn't bring outside food which would be understandable if they allowed outside food in the lobby or other seating areas but they don't. We asked if they had a corkage fee and they didn't know so they had to check. They ended up having one but they should be aware of what if offered at the restaurant. We agreed to pay the $30 corkage fee and asked for wine glasses to which the manager of the restaurant rolled his eyes and agreed. The manager looks like he has such a bad attitude and like he hates his life. To top it off, the pool was indoors and felt like a sauna inside. You could barely breathe from the mix if the heat and chlorine. And you can't sit outside because there were so many mosquitos and the tables were broken and dirty.
