Sprinhill Suites - Idaho Falls. The location is prime. Great view if the river, next to the Residence Inn, walking distance for tons of great food. The rooms are nice, clean and newer. The staff is extremely friendly. Parking is free. Free breakfast that's is decent. The best are comfortable. Nice pool. The gyms is bigger than most and it gets the job done. I have stayed at both Marriott properties here, which are next door to each other. Both of these are solid options. They gym, pool, and breakfast is very similar. The main difference would determine how long you staying. I enjoyed my stay here and I'll be back to the SpringHill Suites on my next work trip. read more

This Springhill was a 2 night stop on our October 2023 roadtrip. They are located in Idaho Falls next to the Snake River. We arrived early on the first day, and requested an upgraded room with a riverview. They were able to meet our request but, since we were early, we had to wait a little giving us a little more time to explore the city and be like other Californians looking to relocate (I'm kidding!). Our room had a typical Springhill set up with a sofa and bar area as soon as you walk in. It had a king bed and a bathroom with a sliding glass door. The sliding glass door is the bane of most guests of all Springhills as it is frosted glass, and when someone has to use the restroom in the middle of the night, the entire bedroom lights up. Other than the sliding glass door, the room was nice and comfortable providing me with a good night sleep. Breakfast is served downstairs. Their dining area seemed larger than some of the other Springhills that I have stayed at. They had a nice variety of foods including scrambled eggs, bacon, burritos, coffee and juices. The dining area was comfortable. No questions were asked when I took my wife's breakfast upstairs. Outside the hotel is a nice riverwalk. There is a Japanese garden that is a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel had a nice gym with treadmills, ellipticals and dumb bells. It also had a nice indoor swimming pool. This Springhill was a nice hotel and a good stay for us. read more

We had such a great time at this hotel! Parking was easy and the lobby was so nice and cozy. The staff is extremely nice, great customer service, hard workers because the front desk person does EVERYTHING during the night shift. The outdoor area was beautiful! Like a winter wonderland. The breakfast buffet was meh. It's free so you can't really complain. There was a variety of baked goods like muffins, pastries, bread, bagels and spreads. The oatmeal and waffles were okay. Powdered eggs, bacon that was already packaged and cooked. The juices were okay. Milk and yogurt were available. Nothing to really complain about because it's free. We loved our room. So spacious, cozy, and clean! The water pressure was phenomenal. Like a waterfall pouring over your head. We would definitely come back again. read more

Modern and comfortable hotel accommodations. Great room for a family of four - two queens beds and a sofa bed with trundle bed. Air conditioning was very cold and quiet. Bathroom was spacious but didn't have a bathtub, which isn't ideal for families with little kids, but it's workable. Located near the falls which is a pleasant walk. read more

Washroom door has a translucent door that can be blinding at night when someone uses the washroom - the door faces directly onto the beds. Sliding door feels flimsy. Breakfast was great. Aside from the normal "COVID-19 grab bag" type items, they also provided gravy and biscuits in to-go containers. Spent three nights and was very pleased with the service, the room, the pool and the location. The two ladies working "the breakfast door" were busting their butts getting food for everyone in this crazy COVID world. I couldnt believe that some guests were rude to them so I made sure to hand them a small tip each time. On Monday morning, things were a little slower and I had a moment to speak with them. Such nice people! The pool area was well kept and the water was nice. The room was clean and the staff was super friendly. Since they're not doing daily room service, I had to ask the staff for a roll of TP and the lady was super happy to help out. After the first night, I needed housekeeping to change the sheets / pillows on one bed since I was changing my roommate (exchanging my daughter's boyfriend for my wife!) and they knocked it out quickly, efficiently and perfectly. Parking was never an issue and I appreciate that there's no "up charge" for parking. When we come back into town, we'll be staying here again. read more

The hotel is nice but the homeless people living in the restrooms just outside their doors in an area that is supposed to be monitored 24/7 is disgraceful. What is the point of advertising this lovely walking path by the river if you can't even use the available restrooms. Do better. families with children and just everyone in general should feel safe and comfortable walking outside your facility. read more

I stayed here for a night with family while I was in town for an event and I was very pleased with everything this hotel had to offer. The room was clean and comfortable, lobby was nice, the pool and gym area were great and the location is perfect as well since it's so close to a restaraunt and a Walmart. Plus, the park just across the parking lot is amazing. On top of all of that, we were greeted by the nicest desk lady who was very accommodating and kind to us the moment we walked in. I wish I got her name to put in this review, because I want to stress just how amazing she was. I look forward to the next time I find myself in Idaho Falls because this hotel is great. read more

We are in town for a funeral and have been very comfortable in this hotel. The rooms are clean and updated. They have a shower/tub combo which is our preference with 3 littles. The trundle bed under the couch could not have been better for our 3 and 5 year olds to sleep on. We usually have them sleep on the floor since they tend to roll off new beds. This is as perfect! The closet is huge. The bathroom is huge. The water pressure in the bathroom is strong and comfortable. Large mirror. Fridge and microwave. Smart tv so you can watch Netflix, YouTube or pandora if you are a subscriber. Breakfast has cold cereal, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, toast, bagels, and pastries. Coffee with dairy or soy milk! If we are ever in IF again, we will stay here again. Ooh, and the pool is great! The towels are warm!! read more

Stayed here for one night one my way to Yellowstone. Honestly had no complaints! The place is really conveniently located right across the street from Walmart, close to the airport, close to food options, and on the way towards Yellowstone! There's a pool and gym (24/7) that I wish I had time to use but we did have their breakfast in the morning and it was decent. Liked the fresh fruit they had. The rooms themselves look like they've been recently renovated and all the furniture was looking nice and modern! Felt really clean and sleek. Was a fan! read more

Coming from MT for a road trip to WY. Researched a variety of hotels and wanted to be near the falls. This location was excellent for walking paths very close to dinning and activities. The price felt pretty steep compared to nearby higher end hotels. The room felt very claustrophobic given its odd narrow length and room layout. The television was not very viewable from the beds as it was pointed near the couch/sitting area. The pull out couch trundle bed was not made and had no bedding. Just a bare mattress. The bathroom was clean but very slick floors when wet with little space hanging towels and safety bars. The pool was nice, small and crowded but nice. The breakfast was okay, missing any type of breakfast meat. Staff was pleasant. I'd say pay $50 more and stay at the next best which may have more "normal" room layouts and possibly with a restaurant in the hotel as well. read more

I really like this hotel. I've stayed here about five times now and it's fairly consistent. One thing I love is that the laundry is ALWAYS SO CLEAN! Everything is bright white and I've not noticed any stains at all. And trust me, I look. They usually have my room done well ahead of schedule which is such a nice bonus after a stressful drive. The staff are friendly, and reservations accommodates my room requests without any issue. Like most hotels, the walls are thin so the last couple visits I've had to listen to noisy neighbors. The first few visits were silent, hoping for more of those in the future. They have good parking and nice river views as well. I also love that I can use a mobile key. This is my go-to hotel in Idaho Falls. read more

The entire staff and management team are so amazingly thoughtful and sweet. They were so nice to me and my 3 year old, despite him being crazy in the lobby. Was on a road trip and we were so "lucky" that we broke down in Idaho Falls at this hotel! The front desk ladies were all very helpful, and were understanding of our car troubles. The staff all wore masks. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we had a great view of the dam. This hotel even had a HOT breakfast for free, which is something we had not seen at any of the hotels we had been at since the pandemic. I went here Friday night to Sunday morning. I went swimming twice. I've showered alot and put shampoo in my hair but it still smells like chlorine. If you could put less chlorine in the pool it would be better. But other than that it was a really nice hotel. The staff was nice and so where the elevators. read more

Well appointed, well staffed relatively new (maybe a year old) hotel. Had a nice view of the river and there is a park with a great walkway along the river that is a wonderful way to work out the kinks after a long day on the road. Only drawbacks are that it is kind of funky to access, drove my GPS a little crazy. The other issue was a power failure, which I realize is out of their control, but the staff was not prepared to deal with it, they were like a deer in the headlights.
