If you can avoid going here or sending family here I would do so at all costs. There were several times that their management were caught in out and out lies regarding care of my loved ones. Additionally, they refused to allow those individuals to be assessed by another facility's medical staff for placement resulting in an additional month-long stay. They also stopped all therapy when insurance wasn't covering it but never let family know that they were doing this so that it was impossible to know that therapy would need to be arranged above what they were charging. The price is ridiculously high for the poor care and horrific management. They changed rooms from private to semi-private with no notifications or permissions. They threatened legal actions, which they in no way of being able to pursue, to individuals who were at most risk and suspectable for what was essentially blackmail. Not only would I never allow a loved one to go there in the future, if their management doesn't change, they should be shut down until they clear house and begin with new management staff.
