They quoted me at $70 for the small lawn at my duplex, but this was to be expected since it was so overgrown. Jeff was extremely helpful when I had trouble getting my account set up, and was always easy to get in contact with. Having online access makes it easy to set up service and pay, making A Clean Cut stand out among other crews. When they came out to do my lawn, though, they only weed-eated and also cut down my herb garden on my patio. The grass was extremely tall, uneven, and was not what I expected for $70. I was not happy with this, since my old lawn crew had done the same level of maintenance for $40. I contacted Jeff and he worked to make things right. He got the crew back out there ASAP, and got it to where I wanted. While originally I was unhappy with the service, Jeff worked hard to make things right. They have the best customer service out of any crew I have had, and that is what makes them really shine.

Whatever you do, do not use this service. I cannot stress this enough, do not use them…read more The work is worse than terrible. I hired them to perform a simple job, add a small patch of sod to my back yard on level ground that was already irrigated. What I was left with was a patchy, uneven framework of grass. When I told them it was unsatisfactory they assured me would it "level itself and fill in". That did not happen. So they promised to come back and fix the issue. 6 weeks later nothing has happened and the area looks just as bad as it did day 1. To make it worse, they kept falsely promising week over week that they were going to stop by, even the owner said he would come by to take a look after I called to complain, but each week they no showed prompting me to have to call to reschedule and then reschedule and then reschedule, and so on. Now I don't even get responses. TLDR: Do not use this service. They give landscapers a bad name.

I contacted Irbin at Eagle Tree Service and he came out and gave us an estimate the next day on removing the tree and grinding the stump. From start to finish, they were prompt, reliable, hard working, and always showed up when they said they would. We own a home in Bella Vista, AR. When we bought the house, I met the owner of the property next…read moredoor. I asked about lawn care and he recommended NWA Weedman for spraying weeds. I currently live out of state, we have a renter and a property manager until we retire and move to Bella Vista. The reason I explained about the renter and property manager is to demonstrate the communication issues which could easily occur going through two other people when trying to obtain property services. Every time I have called or text or emailed Weedman I have been contacted back. Because the first use was positive I decided to sign up for the yearly service. Weedman notified me and coordinated with my property manager and the renter to spray weeds. After a few weeks the weeds did not die. Why, who knows, it rained to soon after being sprayed, I don't know. The property manager sent me a picture of the weeds in the front yard, which I sent to weedman. Within a few days the property manager was contacted and they, Weedman had scheduled another treatment. I was notified this past week that the weeds are dying. If you have ever been a DIY person weeds do not die instantly after being sprayed with herbicides. The herbicides take a little time. Be patient with weeds and people who have a successful quality service business. Growth and success can be painful when their really busy. I pay Weedman for their service, I'm not paid and I have no affiliation to the company or owners. This review is my opinion as a patron. 6-1-24
