Yes, that was true, but Andrew made this process INCREDIBLY easy!! He took the stress right out of the process! We ended up getting an FHA loan with a 403K construction loan, to redo the basement, which is being done by Nimmo Construction (We will review this once the project is completed). By the time everything was said and done, we were waiting on the IRS, and not on Andrew, for things to be completed. Once the letter came in from the IRS showing that I was in good standing with them, the ship sailed even smoother! My parents went through Andrew to purchase their new home in Marshfield and had an incredible experience with him, as well. We selected Andrew because of the high ratings he received in the Springfield area, and we were absolutely not disappointed. We are living comfortably in our new home, which wouldn't have been possible without the guidance, advice, and know-how that Andrew brought to the table. We are both ever grateful for the experience and opportunity that he enabled for us. Thank you so much, Andrew! We can't tell you enough just how appreciative we are for all of your help AND all of your patience with us!!

Despite the fact that I usually do something kind of embarrassing when I visit SFCB (once I accidentally flung the drive-through plastic tube out my window... I don't know guys, this is just my life), the attendants are nearly always super sweet and accomodating. When I came here I didn't understand the process of writing a check to withdraw money from my account, and they walked me through that with lots of grace despite the fact that I was like, "HUH?!?!?!?!?" They're great. They also were insanely proactive during the Target data breach debaucle and called me to cancel my card just as a precaution, which I appreciated. Plus, there are no redonkulous "maintenance" fees - no fees at all, actually - and that was a big selling point for me after losing money time and time again to my old bank. I visited today with a list of like, forty items to take care of and my teller was amazingly patient and efficient, so that spurred me to give them a Yelp shout-out in review form. If you're a Springfieldian who's unsatisfied with your bank on any level, make the switch. You will NOT regret it with these guys.
