This past July, I hurt myself during yoga (a result and mix of over-exercising/working out/pandemic stress) and I was referred to this practice. Before then, I had never injured myself physically and was experiencing - what I soon came to recognize - a high level of anxiety previously unknown to me. As someone who always felt extremely strong, both physically and mentally, I felt like a stranger in my own body. Dr. Niv (Zack) was my primary therapist and (while I wish I had never injured myself or had to learn what anxiety was) I consider it a major blessing that of all the PT's in the world, I somehow happened to find him. He is an expert, serious professional, and all around fantastic human being. I have never felt more safe, taken care, understood, or truly heard by a health care professional ever in my life. The care I received was always personalized and thoughtful. I always felt like he wanted to hear what was on my mind/concerns/etc. His understanding of the body and mind is incredible. My treatment always felt like an extremely educated and human approach. Something I (and everyone else) desperately needed. I could go on! While I am essentially recovered, I wish I could visit this practice every week. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Also noteworthy: The front desk staff are amazing - incredibly easy to make or change an appointment, assist with insurance/billing related questions or problems. The facility is clean & welcoming. I would love to share my experience further with anyone considering a visit.

Erin, Laurent, and Savannah created a safe and supportive environment for me as a first time patient, after an incident where I experienced a lot of pain in my knee while running. They are professional and personable people to work with! I haven't ever had PT prior to the incident and had visited one physical therapist that made me feel a bit ridiculous for not know how to do some of the exercises. This is NOT the case here. Erin and Laurent guide you through the exercise and help you adjust very kindly. They are open to my feedback on how I was feeling that day, since the last session, and how I'd been doing with the exercises overall. My feedback is taken into consideration actively during the session, and the movement is always tailored to my injury. Please do not be shy to ask for help or letting them know about anything you don't feel comfortable doing or feel pain with! Erin helps me with the movements and switches gears when there is pain, and always makes sure I am comfortable. The office is more quiet in the mornings I'd say than the afternoons, so I generally have my sessions in the morning. Savannah is helpful with adjusting my schedule and fitting me in if I have to come in the afternoon. There is a space to change, a water station, and some outfits if you happen to come in unprepared. My experience here so far has been so great, and I highly recommend it!

My wife met her deductible during her many sessions and yet they kept charging $100 each visit - resulting in a $600/$700 overpayment. Her last session was 11/21/24 - today is 6/4/25 - 7 months later this is not resolved due to the inefficient bureaucracy in this office. My wife made multiple calls, multiple emails only to be told it's under investigation. She did her own investigation with our insurance learning that JAG failed to file on time and now JAG is not eligible to be reimbursed. All this has been provided to JAG billing department to no result except... it's under investigation. If we owed JAG money we would be receiving collection agency alerts, and yet we are powerless- with our only recourse being to write this review. It's unfortunate because our experience had been fairly positive with the facility however after this experience we would highly recommend staying away.

I was having a fairly positive experience until the physical therapist I was seeing left for…read moreanother practice and Mackenzie took over for her. Mackenzie has to be the most unprofessional medical professional I have had the experience dealing with. She completely disregarded my doctor's instructions and had a terrible attitude. The owner couldn't care less as he has one foot out the door. They also don't sanitize ANYTHING! None of the tables, mats, or equipment is cleaned after use. I have never been to a physical therapy provider to care less about cleanliness. They also have the most uncomfortable tables for being stretched out on. Review updated below to respond to the numerous lies and misrepresentations made in the owners responses. It is clear the owner wants to take zero accountability for the unacceptable attitude Mackenzie has (which someone else called out in another recent review) because he can't afford to lose another physical therapist. -I genuinely cannot think of one thing I did or said that would have made Mackenzie or the other PT uncomfortable. The owner has made these claims, but has refused to discuss with me directly what exactly made them so uncomfortable. If I was making the female PTs as uncomfortable as he claims why was I not switched to his care or the other male PT at the practice? Also, why would he allow me to be in a separate room with them alone and not at one of the tables in the common area that would allow him or other staff members to directly supervise if this was the case? If anyone was uncomfortable, I was by Mackenzie's attitude. In terms of the unsavory language in the email, as they say if the shoe fits :) -My doctor prescribed me PT sessions after discussing the best treatment plan options I had available with it being his recommendation we continue one last batch of sessions that Mackenzie decided to cut short. He disagrees with their decision to cut my treatment short so what is there to discuss about it now? -Not sure how showing up looking to get help with the pain and discomfort caused by a medical condition would qualify as using his clinic as a personal training facility? -I never said it was a terrible place, as I stated I was having a fairly positive experience until Mackenzie took over. -I had emailed the owner about the lack of cleanliness and as a result they would wipe the stretching table for me (as they should for every patient). I guess that was "obnoxious" and "rude" for me to ask to not lie in the filth of someone else. -Mackenzie was the complete opposite of professional when it came to her telling me in her opinion my issue did not require any more physical therapy. She was aggressive and harsh in tone and language. -Suggesting a personal trainer would better meet my needs was scoffed at by my doctor and was never considered by him at any point in my recovery even prior to starting at Integrative. -I never stated I was considering legal action against my prior clinics. I had stated I had looked into taking legal action against a former one years ago unrelated to my current injury due to the treatment received causing my injury to worsen requiring surgery. I left my prior provider because the price nearly tripled at the start of the new year. This was all communicated to Frank. -It is a lie we had a back and forth after my last session. He responded to my initial email asking for a call and refused to respond to my initial follow up email asking to explain what was making Mackenzie uncomfortable treating me. There was no offer made over email to have a face to face conversation nor a call with him to discuss the matter, nor did I refuse a call between him and my doctor. -Not sure what is harassing about sending one follow up email on what exactly is making the physical therapist uncomfortable to treat me when that is such a bold statement. -Having one foot out the door came straight from one of his physical therapists who stated he is looking to get out of the business now that his family lives in South Carolina. Someone who commutes that far to work part time doesn't sound like someone who is there to stay long term. -Not sure why it would matter if Oliver was my real name or not. It has no impact on the situation. Just the owner grasping for straws to try and reclaim any credibility.

It literally had me in tears by the time I gotten to my car. I'm writing this review with the hopes It can be a step toward making sure others don't experience the same treatment, and even prompt this facility to reassess their practices. I arrived on 10/28 at 2:42 PM for my 2:45 PM appointment to see Dr. Mann for the progressively worsening pain in my neck/ back / shoulder/ elbow & both hands . I promptly filling out the required paperwork and returning it to the receptionist, I was asked to wait. After waiting for approximately 15 min, I approached the receptionist to ask if Dr. Mann was running on time. I was assured that he was and was told to continue waiting. Ten min later, I inquired again and received the same response. At 3:17 PM, I was finally brought to an exam room, where an assistant took my blood pressure, which was noticeably high. I asked how high, she said 167 over (and I didn't hear the rest).I waited an additional 10 min. in the exam room before I returned to the receptionist area to inquire about the delay. One receptionist was kind enough to check on the doctor and informed me that he was on his way. I was taken to a different Room by the lovely male assistant. I'm guessing Dr. Mann finally received my paperwork as he had questions which he asked the male assistant to ask me. The assistant walked back and forth 2 times to deliver my responses to him. I had to ask, why did he not just come into the room and ask me these questions in person. When Dr. Mann did enter the room, there was NO apology or acknowledgment of the long wait. Instead, his demeanor was brusque and unwelcoming, which made me feel as if my time and health concerns were inconsequential. Rather than addressing my questions directly, he seemed annoyed, and when I mentioned the delay, he dismissed my concern by saying, "No one goes to a doctor and be seen at the exact appointment time." He further went on to insisted he was not late as I was taken into the exam room and seen By who! the assistant who ONYL took my blood pressure while texting on her phone. Additionally, despite my elevated blood pressure, he neither acknowledged it nor offered further guidance, which left me feeling as though my health was not being taken seriously. How could you allow a patient to leave with elevated blood pressure levels. He then said there are other patients he was seeing. Fine, not an issue. I was just asking to be communicated with. I told him he had poor bedside manners and it went even more left. He even told me I'm not making the situation any better. I asked how long will this visit take as he was 45 min late. He then insisted again he was NOT late and with an attitude stated "as long as I wanted it to" Pardon, how do you tell a patient that. This interaction ended after two minutes. He stormed out the exam room left me behind & headed directly to the front desk and stated abruptly "she can leave". As a health care professional we take an oath to do no harm. Waiting for so long without updates, feeling dismissed, and dealing with a lack of empathy can make a difficult situation so much harder. Healthcare providers should show compassion, professionalism, and respect and no one should have to leave an appointment feeling worse than when they arrived. For me it was the lack of communication and empathy from that initial receptionist and doctor. I think it's perfectly reasonable to expect both timely care and basic courtesy, and neither of these should be compromised, especially in a healthcare setting. I think we all deserve a healthcare provider who prioritizes not only our physical health but also treats you with the respect and compassion every patient deserves. I am very concerned that this experience reflects a lack of regard for patients' time and well-being. I came in with my pain at a 7 and left there with it on 10.... In
