The staff seem quite friendly and they usually move quite swiftly the times I've been here. Of course if you're a new patient, you'll have a wait period since they are specialists, but that's to be expected. When I have to call, someone usually answers or gets back to me pretty quickly and they usually answer all of my questions. As far as no show policies and fees go, they're pretty thorough on their website with making sure you understand that these are strictly enforced policies and they even explain why. I called and spoke to a nurse who relayed my concerns to the PA and told me that there was no way this was my asthma and I should consider getting treated for anxiety. I went into my primary care office later that day because I couldn't breathe and my rescue inhaler was the only thing that helped. I can't constantly be using my rescue inhaler for the rest of my life so that's an issue. My primary care doctor told me not only that I had PNEUMONIA (and had I listened to the allergy office, that would've just gotten worse and not be treated) but now I need to use a maintenance inhaler for my asthma twice daily because covid caused my asthma to get a lot worse.

From front of house to back, this office is very friendly, courteous, considerate and compassionate. I have always been able to be squeezed in if I did not have an appointment and was very ill. Brittany listens to my every concern (give that woman a raise just for this ) and tries as many avenues to get to where I need to be, and I'm extremely appreciative of that. Especially nowadays, after the pandemic, it seems a lot is brushed off or pushed to the side. This place has never made me feel this way.
