The worst. I was a patient for 2 years and every time there was a new test to do, I am 24 and in decently good shape. Of course they do every test on you and make you pay for it to collect insurance money. No thank you. I left because I want a real doctor. Not one that straps you to machines for no good reason. You should steer clear of this place because you will go in for an innocent yearly check up and be told that you need to come back every 3 months for no good reason. And if you do not want to go back that soon they will charge you for an office visit anyway. Zero stars read more

My mom was happy with this doctor until her husband became manager of the office. He was extremely rude. He wanted to charge me a ton of money for sending my medical records to a doctor in Seattle. Everything is electronic now. It wouldn't have been difficult. Dr. Springer was also rude to my mom. She wouldn't fill her prescription that Mom needs for her metabolism. She told my mom that she wasn't "billing a phone call," my mom made one time to get test results. She is a sad excuse for a doctor. When everything comes down to money, this doctor does not live by the Hippocratic oath. She does more harm than good. read more

I think that the low reviews on here are due to the lack of knowledge these patients have had regarding doctors mandatory obligations. ex if you are getting certain meds you MUST come every three months and you also have to have certain baseline testing done. These are procedural not up to doctor discretion. My whole family has been seeing this doctor for many years now and we credit her for saving more than one of our lives. She is completely attentive and NEVER EVER rushes you through an appointment. YOU determine how much time it takes to explain how you feel and she calmly listens. Dr Springer is simply the best physician I've ever been in contact with. Her referrals are equally superior in their care. I am completely comfortable placing my entire families care in her competent hands. read more

Have been a patient for years with this office. I had a change of insurance. paid 100.00 deposit in good faith and was told they would send in the claim and the billing department would look into seeing about participation with my plan. I received a letter with the balance due. I called the billing department and spoke with one of the agents. advised that I would be sending in payment for balance due. (Claim was not sent in and they had no idea what I was talking about when I spoke with the billing dept.) I received a letter stating that I had been dismissed from the practice due to a no-show. which I paid for! This morning I was in need of medical attention and was denied an emergency appointment to be seen one last time by the Doctors Husband Marty. There's such a thing called Fundamental Elements of the Patient-Physician Relationship you have an obligation in an emergency situation. Not to just tell them they cant come to your office when the need has arisen. See them then advise of the 30 day rule of treatment, after that 30 days the office has zero obligation. This did not take place. I was DENIED an appt. As he said for lack of communication. Hey Marty do you keep in touch with the billing department to see if Patients have communicated with them. I DON'T THINK SO ! This office does not care in the least they bill for things that they have not completed during your visits. I have knowledge in medical billing as well, I was wondering WHY weight management was billed to my insurance on my last appt. IT was not discussed n I can't figure out why it would be) as I was there to have a prescription refilled, and we all know you can't have a refill unless you go in and they charge you the copay and your insurance for the visit! I will be getting in touch with my insurances past and present to discuss this. I'm thinking maybe an Audit of your records might help you to find the compassion that you should be giving to your patients over the dollar! I am in search of another PCP in the area and will never recommend this practice to anyone nor will I have my doctors referring to this office in the future. NOT RECOMMENDED read more
