Small mom and pop style barber shop not a fancy hair salon. Clean inside, came here on a Saturday morning very short wait. Exactly what I was looking for. I haven't cut my hair in a few months so I wanted to try a new spot and possibly a new style if the barber was up to it. I just told her I like it long on top and short on the side. For $16 this isn't a bad cut. I think I'll splurge the $20 next time and get a skin fade or a much tighter fade. I'm happy with the cut but I am not in love so the journey continues. read more

It's nice to see this alternative compared to other barbers that are more into their store's presentation/social environment more than the actual haircut. And overcharge $30-$40. After being a customer for years, I now feel compelled to write a review about Springdale Barbers. This shop has been here for many years and it now has the best mix of barbers ever. For a while I seriously considered searching for another shop due to some sloppy barbers and a constant tension in the air. Thankfully I stuck it out, because the barbers that were the source of my concerns are now gone and good riddance! The barbers are now all open and friendly, no more questionable haircuts and they make you feel like family! Richelle, Rachel, Chris and Emma are the very solid core of a great team of barbers. Just got a haircut at Springdale Barber, and I had a really good experience. Anna was the one who cut my hair, and she did an awesome job. She gave me a mid-fade that came out super clean. What I really appreciated was that she took her time and paid attention to the details. She was super nice, had a smile the whole time, and made sure the cut looked great from every angle. So awesome to have found a local barber shop open so early on a Sunday morning. Price was exactly as advertised; $10 for a short fade/gentleman's cut. The lady that cut my hair was super friendly, as were the other ladies in the shop. I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes without compromising the haircut. It's not exactly like going to a barber shop where they give you the full service; cut, straight razor and a hot towel. However, it's a terrific place for the price. I stopped by Springdale Barbers today since it is so close to my house. I got a great haircut and made a new friend in Rachel. Rachel just moved to Huntington Beach from San Francisco where she did $50 salon haircuts! I got a great taper-cut today for $8.50 + tip. I'll be back in two weeks. Thanks Rachel! read more

I went to this shop for many many years, and would visit the Springdale country store afterward, which is now closed. There were barbers here who were great and other who had to ask what blades to use and a host of other things. It was unfortunately very inconsistent. I had to move on. read more
