The online ordering process was intuitive, with a wide range of tasteful and appropriate options, especially important given the somber nature of the occasion. I was looking for something elegant and comforting, and their slightly narrow selection was just that. The arrangement I selected was delivered same-day, and what arrived looked exactly like the sample image; full, balanced, and thoughtfully composed. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, respectful, and dependable. And for the quality of both blooms and service, I found the delivered price to be right in line with what you'd expect from a reputable florist.

She said they could deliver to Belleville, even though it is outside their delivery zone, because it was close enough. They grow all the flowers organically on their property and she hand picks them to create whatever floral display we wanted. Ginette, with her husband Dan, own We Adore Flowers. Dan creates customized hand laser wood plaques that are beautiful and a keepsake for the receiving family. We were ordering flowers for a celebration of life service. We wanted it special. Ginette and Dan way over exceeded our expectations! We live on the west coast and could not attend the funeral. We gave Ginette creative license to create her floral art piece with a price and the overall feel of what we were looking for in the arrangement. The result was beautiful, including the extra touch of the customized wood plaque. All delivered on time, actually early, with Ginette texting with pictures when delivered. Highly suggest giving them a call for your next floral need. We Adore Flowers also adores their customers; beautiful flowers at a great value and a seamless experience. Thank you Ginette and Dan!

I called to talk to the florist about it but she immediately got defensive. She said they tried to deliver it for 2 days (how would I know that? I didn't get a call Thursday), they wrapped it up a lot, it was 36 degrees outside, and they called when they got to my house. I was out so I didn't see the call/message until an hour afterward. She accused me of wanting a replacement and I told her I just wanted to have a conversation about it. It was very droopy so maybe she could have given advice about how to bring it back. I don't know, but I didn't expect to get attacked like that. She said she would go out of business if everyone called like I did. But I wasn't even asking for a new flower. I just wanted to talk about what to do. I'm surprised how accusatory she was as opposed to being inquisitive so we could find a solution together. It's just disappointing how unprofessional she was.
