This company is terrible. I would give zero stars if possible. - Atrocious customer service. If you have any issues with text deliverability, expect days to weeks for a response. It's maddening how bad it is. There is zero concern for their customers and how valuable SMS is to anyone's business. - The data they provide doesn't ever match up and their reps can't explain it. I wouldn't trust any numbers they provide...oh and good luck getting any reports in a timely manner. - They have MASSIVE deliverability issues but don't seem to care. They'll still charge you the full pop even if only 5% of your lists receive text messages. They don't care or try to fix anything when you bring up these issues. We now work with an actual partner (Leafbuyer) who notifies us as soon as we have any deliverability issues with actual solutions. - They don't seem to be very well versed on privacy laws and don't act like a true partner. Our provider now is taking proactive steps to protect us. - Their price structure is higher than most and they try to trap you into yearly contracts with no out. They promise you all this functionality and great customer service and then once you sign the contract...you're stuck and the platform falls very short of what is shown in demos. - We could never get the loyalty program going before we cut SpringBig but I've talked to multiple other dispensaries who say the data doesn't match what their POS says There are so many better providers out there. Do yourself a favor and look into Leafbuyer or Slicktext...or really anything else. read more

I actually really love the product and the hardware. The first stand that they sent me was not every stable, but after I called Chelsea to complain about it about a week later I got a new stand in the mail that I could put on my counter. I love their customer service and their product. I love the price too, it is a bargain in comparison with five stars. Thank you SpringBig. read more

I have used similar services in the past and basically had the same problem I have with SpringBig. This company started out ok But their customer service is terrible to non-existent. The only time you will hear from them is if they have a problem processing your credit card. The technology will be obsolete in a few months I'm looking elsewhere. read more

This company is terrible and has terrible customer service including their manager, Chelsea, who cussed at me on the phone. If I could give them zero stars I would. I had one of their reps sign me up and give me a 2 month trial and after a week of working with her she fell off and there was no communication for a couple of weeks with anyone. I finally got a voicemail from one of their reps telling me that my first rep was no longer with them, and I replied back with my own voicemail clearly stating that I wanted to cancel my trail. I received an email in return with nothing stating that I needed to put my wish to cancel in writing. Instead, the email focused on how they wanted to get me set up even though I left a clear voicemail to cancel my trial. So now their going to charge me for a month in which they did no work what so ever for my company. I think this company is stealing my money and I do not recommend Spring Big to anyone. Massage business owners stay away if you'd like to be treated poorly. read more

I gave one star only because I can't give NO stars. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I worked with Heather which is the rudest person to work with. She is very demanding and lacks the fundamental skills in customer service. You cannot talk to her without getting interrupted as if her train of thought trumps anything that we a customers have to say. I tried to go around her by submitting a support ticket online in which I never received a response. I have received invoices for over $175 despite never being able to use their service. They sent a cheap tablet with a mediocre stand that I refuse to put on my counter with the fear of this "tablet" getting broken or stolen in which I will get charged for. If they continue with the invoicing and harassment I will contact the BBB and hire a lawyer. It's a shame that their service is so horrible because they have a product that business owners so desperately need....but not with that poor level of service. I'll pass and look elsewhere. read more
