Thank you for the follow-up and for taking the time to call. I do want to clarify that the phone call occurred only after my review was posted. Prior to that, I did not receive the promised follow-up calls. I was told someone would get back to me within two to three days after speaking with those on the shuttle, and that did not happen. I also called after picking up my car and requested a manager callback, which I never received. That said, Eli, who did reach out, was very friendly, understanding, and professional, and I truly appreciated his demeanor and willingness to listen. Even if this incident is considered a fluke, the reality is that I am still the one left dealing with the loss. It was disappointing to see that there does not appear to be a better system in place to monitor belongings when one person exits the van to retrieve luggage before another rider. That gap in procedure leaves customers vulnerable. Lost and found reported that an empty blue suitcase was turned in, so not much to be done anymore. Ultimately this is again my loss to suffer, I paid money for a service that cost me more than if I would have just parked at the airport to be honest. While I appreciate the offer of a 15-day free stay, I am honestly hesitant to use any shuttle service again in the foreseeable future. Usually we take Uber/Lyft to the airport, but we wanted to carpool with some friends along the way so we booked Spring Park which was going to cost less overall, but there's a hassle factor involved. Because we didn't want to manage our luggage in the shuttle, we dropped off our friends at the airport with all our baggage. After the drop off, we drove to Spring Park per Google Maps, but it's the exit that we were lead to and NOT the entrance. When we asked the exit person where to go, we drove around to the back. When we booked online, we chose indoor self-park which is on the third floor. After parking, we met up with the shuttle bus which took about 10 minutes of wait time. Upon our return, we did everything in reverse order. While our friends waited for the luggage at the carousel, we called Spring Park and waited at the very last spot in the center isle. Admittedly, it's a bit of a walk (short to me, but may be long to others), so I'm glad I didn't have to drag the heavy luggage. After a 10 minute wait, the shuttle arrived and took us to the entrance which is in the back of the building. Overall, a very good experience with some prior planning. read more

I'm fairly satisfied as it's a garage parking and they are fairly quick when it comes to picking you up and dropping you off. I parked my car at Spring Park Parking near SJC for eight days, assuming it would be safe in a paid, monitored facility. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. When I returned and began exiting the garage, I noticed my hood release lever was on the dashboard floor something that has never happened in the four years I've owned this car. After pulling over to inspect further, I discovered that interior under-dash panels (including the knee bolster/trim) were missing on both the driver and passenger sides. I know my car well and regularly clean it this damage was absolutely not pre-existing. I reported this immediately. While one attendant was courteous and offered to involve a manager, the manager's response was shockingly dismissive. Rather than taking the concern seriously, he repeatedly questioned whether I was "sure" this wasn't normal, implied that nothing was wrong because "the car is running," and even laughed during the conversation. The interaction felt condescending and unprofessional, especially given the seriousness of the situation. I was advised by the manager to take the car to a mechanic which I did. The mechanic confirmed that someone had almost certainly attempted to steal or tamper with the vehicle and was likely interrupted before finishing. This was not only a security failure, but a customer service failure. If your car is damaged or tampered with while parked here, do not expect accountability, concern, or even basic respect. The dismissive attitude from management made an already upsetting situation far worse. I would strongly caution anyone considering parking here. Based on my experience, both the safety of vehicles and the professionalism of management are deeply lacking. read more

This has become my favorite parking garage for flying out of SJC. There are now signs to guide users to the correct garage entrance as it can be tricky to find. There's someone at the gate to let people in and out. I can self-park and not leave my keys for anyone to enter, use, or move my vehicle. Gave them two tries.... Won't be back. Long wait for shuttle going to and from the airport (25-35 min) on all four trips there and back. Once I understand but every time- nope. I have been pretty patient as I know people can make mistakes but this is the second time in a row that it took them 30+ mins to pick you up from the airport and if you don't call again, you end up waiting even longer! Needs to improve service. At least call and let your customers know that you're running behind or something. I just flew back from a medical procedure and not feeling well and had to wait in the cold windy weather and couldn't feel my fingers after been outside for so long. The folks that work here are nice enough and helpful. We left our car in their lot for a little over a week just after new years and when we got back everything seemed fine. As we were driving home, I got a low coolant warning on my car. When I opened the hood, rats had torn up a large amount of foam and had built nests all over the engine compartment. I know this wasn't there before hand because the day before we left, I had filled the washer fluid and there was no rat sign at the time. I've not determined the full extent of the damage yet. I am worried that this is going to end up being very expensive. But until the rat issues are addressed, I would not recommend parking your car here. read more

Parking at the airport is anywhere from $18/day and up (depending on the parking lot you choose) but Spring Perk was hassle free and exactly as described. They have a shuttle that took us to and from their parking garage. Getting picked up upon arrival was as simple as letting them know we arrived and giving them our ticket number. I've used Spring Park service 2 times and I have no complaints. They've been friendly, efficient and quick both times. I book them through Airportreservations.com and choose to leave my car at the Country Inn & Suites Radisson hotel. Once I check the car in at the front desk and leave the key the shuttle driver picks me up and gets me to the airport. Keep your ticket stub (I usually take a picture of it as well, just in case) and have their phone number handy. You will need both when you return. Call them and meet them at shuttle stop #8 (follow the signs, it's the one at the end) and it's a QUICK ride back to your car. Your car will be there waiting for you when you arrive. Have a couple bucks to tip your driver as he is the one that helps your with your bags. read more

Spring Park has been our go to parking for years. We recently utilize them. The guy working the parking gate was beyond rude and stand offish. He yelled from across the parking lot move your car here! I thought it was strange because we never drive up to the gate. My husband did. The guy was so rude to my husband. My husband parked our car (we paid for valet parking.) We parked on the 3rd floor and he had to walk down. The parking gate guy said, you didn't pay for valet. I'm like yes we did, it says it on the email. He was admit we didn't. The driver to the airport was rushing us to get in. Which I totally understand but my husband was on the 3rd floor parking still. Once we were ready to pick up the car, my husband went to get the car. A new guy at the gate said, you only paid for one day. My husband said no we paid for 4 days and only used 3 days. The guy was beyond admit we didn't pay, he took my husband's phone and was examine the email. Awkward! Finally my husband said, this is insane, we paid what else do you want from me. The guy finally let him go. I don't think we will be back. I'd rather pay more somewhere else. read more

Good place to park your car at a fair price. It's about half the price of airport parking. Shuttle van isn't the newest or cleanest (not filthy, just needs regular car washes) but gets the job done. On the day of departure the wait for the shuttle was about 15-20 minutes and on arrival was about 10 minutes. Some of the attendants were friendlier than others but I wasn't expecting exceptional service for a parking garage. Location is about 5-10 minutes from airport (this was at times with little traffic). Overall, I had a good first experience with Spring Park SJC. read more
