Bin was kind and thoughtful about my time needed to get to my flight. Appreciated his mindfulness at such an early hour (5am).

Parking garages amazing felt safe to park my car there I know it's just no problem I went to spot hero and offer me a free day we'll definitely come back and use this spot for my next travel read more

Usually we take Uber/Lyft to the airport, but we wanted to carpool with some friends along the way so we booked Spring Park which was going to cost less overall, but there's a hassle factor involved. Because we didn't want to manage our luggage in the shuttle, we dropped off our friends at the airport with all our baggage. After the drop off, we drove to Spring Park per Google Maps, but it's the exit that we were lead to and NOT the entrance. When we asked the exit person where to go, we drove around to the back. When we booked online, we chose indoor self-park which is on the third floor. After parking, we met up with the shuttle bus which took about 10 minutes of wait time. Upon our return, we did everything in reverse order. While our friends waited for the luggage at the carousel, we called Spring Park and waited at the very last spot in the center isle. Admittedly, it's a bit of a walk (short to me, but may be long to others), so I'm glad I didn't have to drag the heavy luggage. After a 10 minute wait, the shuttle arrived and took us to the entrance which is in the back of the building. Overall, a very good experience with some prior planning. read more

This is my spot when I fly out of SJC. I like their service and vibe! Like a well-run small business. Shuttles are consistent. Staff are helpful. Facility has indoor and outdoor options. read more

Wow this was such an easy long term parking to use. Reserve online, drive to the parking ramp, park and then hop in the shuttle. The driver is very nice. When we got back we called the shuttle and were picked up in ten minutes. Easy peasy to pick up our car and go. Would definitely use again! read more

If you're flying out of SJC and want to skip the airport chaos, Spring Parking is a solid bet. It's just a few minutes from the terminal and offers 24/7 shuttle service that's quick and friendly--no waiting around forever. The staff gets high marks for being polite and helpful, and the valet option is a nice touch if you're in a rush. What's great it's a gated garage. Affordable rates compared to on-site airport parking. Easy check-in and shuttle on demand. Open 24/7, so no stress about early or late flights. What could be better-Signage is weak--people often miss the entrance even with GPS. Overall, it's a convenient, budget-friendly option with solid service. Just give yourself a few extra minutes to find the entrance. read more

These guys are the best. They're right next to the airport and they're available for those crazy early/late flights. But most of all they're just a great group of guys who work hard and will take good care of you. Highly recommend. read more

As someone who travels about 30 weeks a year I started using spring park the last 3-4 visits. I'm fairly satisfied as it's a garage parking and they are fairly quick when it comes to picking you up and dropping you off. For the price the value is definitely there and will continue to use them. Just plan your trips ahead of schedule and you should have no problems. read more

They state the reservation is cancellable before the time of the reservation. Don't believe it. They are completely non responsive to all communication After posting this review, the company reached out to me. I did what they asked me to do (which I did twice before) and this time they refunded my payment. read more

I parked my car at Spring Park Parking near SJC for eight days, assuming it would be safe in a paid, monitored facility. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. When I returned and began exiting the garage, I noticed my hood release lever was on the dashboard floor something that has never happened in the four years I've owned this car. After pulling over to inspect further, I discovered that interior under-dash panels (including the knee bolster/trim) were missing on both the driver and passenger sides. I know my car well and regularly clean it this damage was absolutely not pre-existing. I reported this immediately. While one attendant was courteous and offered to involve a manager, the manager's response was shockingly dismissive. Rather than taking the concern seriously, he repeatedly questioned whether I was "sure" this wasn't normal, implied that nothing was wrong because "the car is running," and even laughed during the conversation. The interaction felt condescending and unprofessional, especially given the seriousness of the situation. I was advised by the manager to take the car to a mechanic which I did. The mechanic confirmed that someone had almost certainly attempted to steal or tamper with the vehicle and was likely interrupted before finishing. This was not only a security failure, but a customer service failure. If your car is damaged or tampered with while parked here, do not expect accountability, concern, or even basic respect. The dismissive attitude from management made an already upsetting situation far worse. I would strongly caution anyone considering parking here. Based on my experience, both the safety of vehicles and the professionalism of management are deeply lacking. read more

Spring Park SJC - Parking Near Me - San Jose, California

what a great business. parking longer-term can be expensive but Spring Park SJC is priced very well, is very close to the airport and its just easy. DD is the person who helped us when we returned. I had misplaced my ticket and he was very helpful in making sure i was able to get my car. very grateful for that and for this parking service! read more

Everything worked out perfectly. No delay in shuttle, covered self parking option makes this place one of a kind.

I arrived and they immediately got me checked in. The parking garage is nice and clean. It was easy to find using Waze for GPS. They even have signs up when you turn right around the block. The shuttle wait was five minutes and they drop right at the terminal. The staff were very friendly and nice (even at 0430 in the morning!). Definitely happy so far. read more

Great value. Good parking lot. The shuttle driver is a fantastic guy. My Waite at the airport was a couple of minutes and then the drive over to the parking areas just seconds. read more

Easy choice! The parking is a covered garage very close to the airport. They have security and a shuttle to & from that is very prompt. The price was more affordable than on site at the airport and it was easily booked online ahead. Must say the driver was very nice each time and was full service loading & unloading our suitcases. Overall an excellent experience! read more

This has become my favorite parking garage for flying out of SJC. There are now signs to guide users to the correct garage entrance as it can be tricky to find. There's someone at the gate to let people in and out. I can self-park and not leave my keys for anyone to enter, use, or move my vehicle. Shout out to DD for his friendly smile welcoming travelers home. I hope they stay in business cause my 2 experiences with them have been great. read more

This is our go to airport parking spot. Easy to book and cheaper than an Uber ride to/from the airport. The operation of parking to shuttle ride to airport is smooth. The staff is friendly. Highly recommend!! read more

Great service at a reasonable price. This is where I prefer to park by the SJ Airport.

Thank you for the follow-up and for taking the time to call. I do want to clarify that the phone call occurred only after my review was posted. Prior to that, I did not receive the promised follow-up calls. I was told someone would get back to me within two to three days after speaking with those on the shuttle, and that did not happen. I also called after picking up my car and requested a manager callback, which I never received. That said, Eli, who did reach out, was very friendly, understanding, and professional, and I truly appreciated his demeanor and willingness to listen. Even if this incident is considered a fluke, the reality is that I am still the one left dealing with the loss. It was disappointing to see that there does not appear to be a better system in place to monitor belongings when one person exits the van to retrieve luggage before another rider. That gap in procedure leaves customers vulnerable. Lost and found reported that an empty blue suitcase was turned in, so not much to be done anymore. Ultimately this is again my loss to suffer, I paid money for a service that cost me more than if I would have just parked at the airport to be honest. While I appreciate the offer of a 15-day free stay, I am honestly hesitant to use any shuttle service again in the foreseeable future. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I hope this feedback helps improve the process moving forward. read more

Gave them two tries.... Won't be back. Long wait for shuttle going to and from the airport (25-35 min) on all four trips there and back. Once I understand but every time- nope. Especially when the drive is only 5 min. In addition the last time they charged extra on the way out for not parking on the "uncovered" rooftop. Will definitely use a different company next time. read more

I have been pretty patient as I know people can make mistakes but this is the second time in a row that it took them 30+ mins to pick you up from the airport and if you don't call again, you end up waiting even longer! Needs to improve service. At least call and let your customers know that you're running behind or something. I just flew back from a medical procedure and not feeling well and had to wait in the cold windy weather and couldn't feel my fingers after been outside for so long. When I confronted the guy (with glasses) at the gate and gave him feedback, there were no apologies. Just a bunch of excuses on why it shouldn't happened. read more

After years of unsatisfactory parking and unreliable shuttle services at DoubleTree, we decided to try a new parking garage. I read all the great reviews about Spring Park and decided to try them out this trip. Affordable, secured covered parking. We were very pleased with the friendly and professional staff. (Thanks Dave & DeDe!) The shuttle was prompt and safe. We will definitely continue to park with Spring Park. read more

The folks that work here are nice enough and helpful. We left our car in their lot for a little over a week just after new years and when we got back everything seemed fine. As we were driving home, I got a low coolant warning on my car. When I opened the hood, rats had torn up a large amount of foam and had built nests all over the engine compartment. I know this wasn't there before hand because the day before we left, I had filled the washer fluid and there was no rat sign at the time. I've not determined the full extent of the damage yet. I am worried that this is going to end up being very expensive. But until the rat issues are addressed, I would not recommend parking your car here. read more

Great Location and Shuttle service is timely. Some of the staffing can be more friendlier.

Great service from parking and shuttle services to and from the airport. It didn't take me long to get to my airport drop off. I received my car back in the same great condition. Here are some tips: - Allow some time to get picked up and dropped off at the airport. - Keep the phone number handy because you'll need it to call the shuttle to be picked up upon your return. - Take everything out of your car just in case. - Tip your shuttle driver. read more

Easy booking, parking and pick up. Was a bit worried with having an early departure but there was a shuttle by the time we parked our car. Would definitely use them again. read more

Affordable parking right next to the airport. Parking at the airport is anywhere from $18/day and up (depending on the parking lot you choose) but Spring Perk was hassle free and exactly as described. They have a shuttle that took us to and from their parking garage. Getting picked up upon arrival was as simple as letting them know we arrived and giving them our ticket number. Overall, great experience. read more

Easy access to and from the airport. Easy shuttle pick up and drop off. Safe parking garage.

They provide great service. They're open in the wee hours of the night for those early and late flights, very close to the airport, they are reliable and their rates are good. When I need to park for a trip, this is where I go. read more

This place is my current favorite place to park my car and then go to my flight at SJC. Reasonable price and close to the airport. It is inside an existing older parking lot so it does offer covered parking. So far the shuttle has been quick, but I can see the wait time stretch, depending on the number of the passengers. Staff are friendly and helpful. The entrance can be tricky to find. Although they have sign at the Skyport Dr side, it is better to go from the N. First St. side. read more

Great Service!! They are friendly and fast, no better way to park when going to SJC. Dave is the best helps with bags and is so nice and friendly! read more

The pricing was very reasonable. I selected the covered parking and there were lots of parks to choose from. There was no wait for the shuttle on the way to the airport and very little wait on the way back. read more

My husband and are elderly and I have to say all the attendants on duty were so very helpful, courteous and friendly. The shuttle was prompt at the airport after I had called to say we had arrived. We will definitely be using Spring Park SJC in the future! read more

I've used Spring Park service 2 times and I have no complaints. They've been friendly, efficient and quick both times. I book them through Airportreservations.com and choose to leave my car at the Country Inn & Suites Radisson hotel. Once I check the car in at the front desk and leave the key the shuttle driver picks me up and gets me to the airport. Keep your ticket stub (I usually take a picture of it as well, just in case) and have their phone number handy. You will need both when you return. Call them and meet them at shuttle stop #8 (follow the signs, it's the one at the end) and it's a QUICK ride back to your car. Your car will be there waiting for you when you arrive. Have a couple bucks to tip your driver as he is the one that helps your with your bags. read more

Spring Park SKC is a great bargain for the price. The drivers are courteous and prompt Thank you!

I had a hard time finding them using GPS but a security lady directed me to the right place. They took a while picking me up at the airport but they were very kind about helping me with my bags once at my car. I'm not sure they have established themselves yet but they are very close to airport and the price is right for covered parking. I'd use them again. read more
