Literally, every floor level is packed which made go all the way to the rooftop. It's very hectic here and just be careful navigating here. It would have been much easier if the paths aren't narrow, which is no wonder why it's all one-way. The good news is that you get the first 90 minutes for free parking and then $1 per 15 minutes ($4 per hour). Other than that, it's just quite hard navigating from here but at least you can go here for your convenience for walking distance from here to another place nearby.

If adjacent spots are full, you will either (1) get dirty as you are squeezed against your or your neighbor's car here or (2) damage your car parking here. Even worse, it's not just the architect that is to blame. The line painting in this garage encourages parking in ways that make it near impossible to exit your car once you park it. Anyway, I'd recommend people use this garage in about 10-20 years, once the existing painted lines fade and can be repainted with some non-idiotically painted lines.

There were cars behind me so I couldn't back out, and there was no room to turn around, nor anybody in the booth to talk to. So I entered and immediately tried to get out. The system wouldn't let me unless I pay a full hour's price. I again tried to look for some people to talk to, but all they had was some intercom line. I called but found it impossible to reason with the guy at the other end. Not only did he refuse to open the gate, though I entered not by choice and it was only seconds ago, but he also simply hung up on me all of a sudden, in the middle of me talking. I had to call this person again to ask him who his supervisor was, only to hear that he himself was, and he hung up again. The way he treated with me was both unreasonable and lack of basic respect. Therefore, I'm using the remaining hour to write about this experience.
