I used the library in the past and had an okay experience, staff wasn't particularly friendly that…read moretime. I recall the female staff gossiping to each other in the main library area. Today at ~4:50PM I walked in, and immediately on seeing me coming, the female security guard who sits inside in the front abruptly stood up, quickly walked to the staff area door inside, and as I was walking past, made fun of me and my demeanor according to her brain. She made a loud "UUUGGHH" sound (like some one who is sad/ mentally slow) to another female staff in the staff area, and that staff immediately repeated the sound back to her, making fun of me as I passed by. I will give the complaint to the management, but I am worried that it may be a whole staff thing. Later I saw that other woman staff looking at me as she went to lock something in my line of sight, and then later she was gossiping to the front desk staff and talking about some in an unpleasant and immature manner, making noises at one point. Then, after I posted this review, and as I was walking around again looking for a table spot (of which there are few, it is a small library), the staff was standing all together at the front table gossiping more, then looking at me and making comments. Maybe this is something that young female visitors experience. I came to expect a secure and peaceful environment, where I would focus on my work. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet that standard.

Definitely nice during the warmer months. Con: The parking can be frustrating.

Or gone for lunch. I found a wonderful shop called Aesop and it was worth the excursion. The walking is fun and so much to look at. Gosh, some of the shops are incredible!!! It has two parking structures and a cinema , many elite restaurants and shops for everyone, include a car dealership! Today is Saturday May 10,2026 and there are an Arts and crafts fair going on . Many vendors and the merchandise are very cute . To my surprise, the prices are less than those in Santa Clara Arts show ( indoor building ) in another location . I took pictures for many vendors and I bought some cute items myself . They have this kind of Arts Fairs in Santana Row every month . If you miss this one , be sure to try to come to the next one ! .

WARNING: Huge backups just to get in or get out of this garage. The lines coming in merge with the lines headed out. This is a real horrific garage to try to park in, or to get your EV recharged. If you plan on supercharging your Tesla here, getting to the superchargers means that you get caught in the line of normal cars just trying to leave. AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS!! There is another lot to park in at Santana Row or just park at Valley Fair. Too bad Caltrain or BART does not get close to here.

I decided to go to this parking garage since it's close to a restaurant I want to go to. It's very…read morepacked and narrow here compared to the one I usually go. Literally, every floor level is packed which made go all the way to the rooftop. It's very hectic here and just be careful navigating here. It would have been much easier if the paths aren't narrow, which is no wonder why it's all one-way. The good news is that you get the first 90 minutes for free parking and then $1 per 15 minutes ($4 per hour). Other than that, it's just quite hard navigating from here but at least you can go here for your convenience for walking distance from here to another place nearby.
