The vibe was really like they didn't want to help me out. I ended up saying I'd figure it out at another branch since they weren't helpful. At that point I wasn't interested in exploring the library but did so anyway and happy I did. The children's section was beautiful. It had beautiful computer set up with ABC mouse and a colorful big keyboard. Plenty of books and activities in their section. We enjoyed our visit after our first initial interaction. I came back a second and third time and since I didn't need the front people's help I was able to just browse the children's section and read books and have a good time with my kids. The outside parking lot is shared with their community center that does activities and sports but we still managed to find a parking spot. It's great to know this library is tucked in here.

It was supposed to register my license plate when I drove off. By the way, it's three dollars the first hour and then additional three dollars extra each hour thereafter. Imagine my surprise when I was able to clock out in 40 minutes well under the one hour. I'm almost home and I get a text alert from Metropolis (the parking service) asking if I wanted to extend my parking because it expires soon? Um, no! I immediately paid the $3 and then it was supposed to scan my license plate when I left. Clearly the cameras aren't working! After fumbling around on the app/website, I got nowhere. Had to spend enormous time getting the chat person to respond and finally they were really no help at all. The online customer service rep only proceeded to gaslight me and claim that I never initiatied the parking service, which is 100% false (you can see the text confirmation I received). Eventually, I responded to the text saying I was gonna report them to the Better Business Bureau. That got their attention. Ridiculous never again I'm done with Santana Row. It's truly heartbreaking and sad, between the murders and crime and the parking nightmare I am done. RIP Santana Row.

WARNING: Huge backups just to get in or get out of this garage. The lines coming in merge with the lines headed out. This is a real horrific garage to try to park in, or to get your EV recharged. If you plan on supercharging your Tesla here, getting to the superchargers means that you get caught in the line of normal cars just trying to leave. AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS!! There is another lot to park in at Santana Row or just park at Valley Fair. Too bad Caltrain or BART does not get close to here.

Literally, every floor level is packed which made go all the way to the rooftop. It's very hectic here and just be careful navigating here. It would have been much easier if the paths aren't narrow, which is no wonder why it's all one-way. The good news is that you get the first 90 minutes for free parking and then $1 per 15 minutes ($4 per hour). Other than that, it's just quite hard navigating from here but at least you can go here for your convenience for walking distance from here to another place nearby.

There were maybe 200 or total spaces. The covered and semi-covered spaces were all taken, of course. A courtesy van was just leaving when we got there, and guess what? There were no others running. We had to wait for the driver's full round trip -- about half an hour -- before we were picked up for the drive to the terminal. On the good side, the driver was courteous, energetic, and nice. We will not use this lot again.
