The unrushed atmosphere is wonderful, and the staff superb. Dr. Carson is highly knowledgeable and up-to-date on the latest meds, conditions, procedures, diagnostics, etc., and readily shares how he determines appropriate treatment. He welcomes patient questions and input. I particularly appreciate that he isn't an alarmist and works with the patient to figure out the optimal approach to address a medical issue. Based on my experience, I wholeheartedly recommend him to others.

I waited two hours to be called in (which seem to be status quo there) only to be given a 5 minute exam that they didn't seem to care about. They requested a where a monitor which they assured me would be covered by insurance...but I just received a $3000 bill. When I try to call the billing department I'm immediately transferred to a voicemail that never calls back. I'm not going to stop calling until I talk to somebody, but do yourself a favor and avoid this situation yourself. I can't believe people can be this awful.

Thank God the VNA nurse came the day after picking up the medication and told her not to take one of them. I researched the 2 names and the nurse was right. She would have been doubling her heart medicine! Scary when a doctor doesn't know the medication he's prescribing.
