This florist is so unreliable. They take orders they either can't fulfill or they just deliver them when they feel like it. I placed a Mother's Day order weeks in advance. They didn't deliver it and wouldn't pick up their phone to tell me what happened. I would never order here again. read more

Ordered flowers for a birthday and they said they would be delivered that day. Come to find out they were not delivered until the next afternoon and this was even after I called to confirm they were delivered on the day they were supposed to and was told yes. I called and talked to owner who was going to check with the delivery person and no call back. I have left several messages with no return call. Do not order from this store! I called and talked to a man, who I believe was an owner, but not sure. I said I wanted to order an arrangement for a funeral. The deceased was a very close friend who was an avid golfer. I stated that I wanted an arrangement to reflect that, and I decided on a BASKET with ALL FLOWERS. The man initially suggested a plant, and I immediately said no (I hate plant arrangements for the most part). He asked what color of flowers I wanted, and I said white and green flowers. He asked if various kinds of white flowers would be okay and I said yes. We attended the funeral and I could not locate our flowers. On the way home from the funeral, I called the Spring Lake Floral and left a message. I stated that we had just been at the church and that I did not see our arrangement there and asked if somebody could call me to see if there was a misunderstanding and our arrangement, for some reason, was not been delivered. This was mid-Friday afternoon, and it is now 530 Saturday evening and I have not received a call back. I decided to contact the deceased's widow, something I absolutely did not want to do, but felt I had no choice. She sent me the pictures of what was sent, and needless to say, I was shocked! I am so embarrassed and angry that such a hideous plant was sent. Not a flower to be seen, and not even in a basket. $125 for this mess!! read more

I contacted them for my sister in law's funeral and asked for a large arrangement with "sister in law" on it. I asked for a $200 arrangement and saw the arrangement on line for $85 and thought I would get a bigger arrangement for the $200. Imagine my surprise, and my other brothers, who were included on the card, when we saw "our" arrangement! Here are the pictures showing ours compared to the one on line! I then was REALLY shocked when I looked at my credit card bill. They charged me $312.99 for THAT arrangement! I am not one to post nasty things about a business, but have reached out TWICE to them( Oct 10 and again Oct 20) and still did not get credited for $200 that I was told would happen! I have now emailed them through their web page, but It is at the end of the month and have no choice but to dispute the charges unless they contact me today ! read more

What a great small-town florist! I went in to get some flowers for my mother in law for Mother's Day and walked out with a bouquet of tulips that the woman wrapped so beautifully for me. She didn't have to do that but offered to. They looked so much better than anything I would have bought at a larger (non-floral) store. Price was great and so was the selection! I needed to get a birthday bouquet to GR. They helped me contact a Florist just down the road from destination. Bra of Spring Lake Floral was out on ignore many many times while trying to get the order through for me and they were ride. She finally hung up said they would do the bouquet for me and her boss drove it into GR for me and the price all totalled up came to the same as if it was a GR florist. Excellent and personable service. I received a picture of the bouquet from my daughter-in-law (her b-day) and it was gorgeous and fresh! She loved it. SL Floral you rock! read more

WOW! I was very impressed with the very friendly and excellent service I received from Spring Lake Floral (Bill to be exact). I called Tuesday to order a balloon bouquet for delivery by 3 p.m. the same day, and it was no problem at all. Bill even waived my delivery fee because it was going to be delivered just down the street from the florist! I do not live in the area, but I will certainly use them for all my floral needs for family that live in the Spring Lake area. read more
