I purchased the refrigerator on Friday and had it delivered today (Monday) in my downtown condo. The delivery cost $150 and was well worth it. The drivers found my condo (which is not easy to do), parked on their own, made it up to my door on their own, hauled off my old refrigerator, and installed this new one. It's beautiful. Thank you!

My roommate had found Appliances 4 Less on the internet and suggested we just go look before making our final decision. I'm so glad we did. Not only did we get wonderful service but also was offered better prices than anywhere else. The owners were wonderful. We went back the very next day to make our purchase and they delivered to us same day. They provided every hose, cord and splitter to us and instructed us how to have it installed. They would have done the install as well except our apartment policy is only maintenance is permitted to install and disconnect. I'm so happy we came here and I have already recommended them to a couple people.

(Speed Queen) --Were very polite, and explained things very well. I'm someone who wants to understand how things work, and they were patient and helpful with my questions. --They keep you well-informed of when they are coming on the day of the appointment. --Didn't complain at all about working in my extremely hot garage! --Gave clear instructions on how to go forward with a special situation with my deep freezer. --Charged nothing to come back and finish the two repairs, and credited me for returning a part that had been ordered, but ended up not being needed. --Initial appointments can be set after hours, either online or by phone. COULD BE IMPROVED: --The first service person who came out missed the real problem for both appliances. However, at my request, a different one came and found the real problems. This was inconvenient and it took more time to get the two appliances working. However, they rectified the problem, at no charge, and refunded for a part that wasn't needed. --The after-hours scheduling is not available for follow-up appointments, such as returning to install new parts or when a repair did not fix the problem (I had one of each). If you have trouble making phone calls during business hours, as I do, then the after-hours scheduling won't help you. But that's pretty standard for most businesses. --My initial appointment was changed from afternoon to morning without asking me. I was informed by text message the afternoon beforehand. The after-hours scheduler couldn't tell me whether or not the appointment could be moved back to the afternoon. We had a funeral in the morning, and didn't know whether or not we needed to come back home for the original afternoon appointment or whether it would have to be rescheduled. I was very impressed with Sean, and will call this company in the future when we need appliance repair.
