We were so happy with our experience buying a house with Weichert…read more Our realtor was helpful every step of the way, and we always felt that we could ask her questions. Everything about the experience was as positive as it could be for two confused first-time home buyers. Any time that we were confused about something, it was clarified for us. We weren't "easy" customers- we looked at A LOT of houses until we found the right one. We were also very picky, but our realtor never gave up on us or got frustrated with us. I definitely would use them again, and would recommend them to anyone.

The most important thing is to have a great realtor and I definitely found that with Weichert. My realtor and her team at Weichert have held my hand the entire way, keeping me up-to-date with everything, helping my husband and I move things along, figuratively and literally. It's not every day that someone can say that they completely trust their realtor, and I am lucky that I can say that and then some. Highly, highly recommended. You will be in great hands.

It's not often that a business is able to do a complete turnaround for me, but Galman has done that. Galman did take over my complex pretty suddenly. They also did have some bumps in the road along the way--which I honestly can't totally fault them for and I think that the staff they HAD in place just wasn't experienced enough to to deal with it diplomatically. Galman has done a very good job stabilizing the staff in my community and working to recognize that a significant portion of the residents really do want to stay here. The office staff now seem a bit more experienced and even my interactions with other folks in the company have been positive. I am in the process of buying a house but the market is very, very slow. In order to give myself ample time to buy I opted to renew with Galman. After some back and forth I really think Galman has worked with me to ensure that the lease renewal will work for both of us which ended in a really good experience. Communication is key here and I think if there is an issue it would be best to work with them directly and they will work to get it resolved.

If you are looking to buy or sell a house, stop what you are doing right now and hire Mary Beth…read more With over 30 years' experience, she is very good at what she does and the details are really too much to list. If I liked a house, she would line up a showing, if I texted her in the morning she texted back and if I emailed her in the evening, she wrote back. I had over 30 showings and our house got a bid for its asking price in 11 days. Mary Beth has her own photographer and the photos he took for the listing were amazing. I needed an estimate, she lined up two immediately and one of those was for the very next morning. I wanted a quote for work at a new house; she had someone on the phone. She scheduled every appointment, inspection, appraisal, follow up, etc. with ease. I had a million and one questions and she answered them all. She has an eye for things a nervous buyer such as myself may not be aware of. Mary Beth saw a house I was interested in was on a flood plain and got me flood insurance quotes. She saw trees too close to another house and had an arborist out to check. She noticed an old water heater, damaged siding, good construction and bad construction. She was my eyes. Mary Beth has a ton of connections with mortgage companies, electricians, contractors, movers, you name it. She is the person that that says "I got a guy for that". Mary Beth is the reason I could sleep at night during the whole buying and selling process. She does not work for herself rather, she works for YOU. I've learned that the whole house routine can be long and complicated. You need someone in your corner to make that less painful. You need a super hero. You need Mary Beth McDermott.
