Ordered 6 t shirts to test out sizes and quality. Eventually i wanted to order in bulk. The shipping is a scam if u go with the cheaper shipping it will cost u way more in duties because they are in US even tho the site states .ca. So by taking the cheaper and faster shipping (common sense) it will cost way more. For example my order was 170$ plus 20 shipping so it was 190$. The fedex person didnt ring but left a note saying i owed 76$ in duties. This goes from 190+76= 266. My order was 170 and with tax shipping and duty fees (there not actually in canada) it came out to 266 un expectingly . Customer service was rude and not much help. I hope this information helps someone save some cash in the future. Avoid this site. read more

Today is the third time I have worn a t-shirt from them and this morning when I went to put it on, I noticed a large (2" at least) hole in the left armpit. I have done nothing straining to the shirt and am 100% confident I did not cause this to occur. I wash clothing on gentle and hang dry, etc... I have quite the collection of t-shirts and have some that I have worn to death and at times they only develop a small hole. Very unimpressed, although the design is cute. We shall see how their customer service team responds and I will then update this review. read more

I was very unsatisfied. I paid extra for fast shipping so I could give as a birthdays gift. I received it two weeks late! And I got get a product that was torn and had holes. I can't give this as a gift! I was so unhappy and disappointed. read more

I ordered 18 shirts from Spreadshirt of different sizes for a family reunion in September, out of state. The printing was not quality so I set them aside and ordered from a great company as backup. I took the Speadshirts to hand out too since I already purchased them. Once I gave the shirts to everyone, they all went back home to 4 different states. When the Spreadshirt reunion shirts were washed, they had holes all over them! What an embarrassing mess. I contacted Spreadshirt and they would not refund me the full amount paid unless I sent a picture of ALL the shirts together. How would I do that when they were spread out on the East and West Coast? So they would only return 1/3 of my payment although I paid ALOT of money for these cheap, poor quality shirts. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is a ripoff and you will not be happy with what you get. There are plenty of reputable companies out there with good quality. Choose one of them! read more

Horrible quality, nor the silk or the t-shirt are good...Way too expensive for the delivered quality. I'm really disappointed with it. Not returning because it doesn't worth the problem to send it back, and bal, bla, bla...but my logo is not even centered. Garbage read more

I paid for international premium shipping to my house. After waiting for multiple weeks I got a call from FedEx saying that I would have to pick up my order from a warehouse, and on top of that I needed to pay double the original shipping fee in duties. I can't believe I was charged so much for shipping and had to pay triple the original price. Also, Spreadshirt never emails you when to pay duties, instead FedEx calls you at random times, and if you're too late they send the shipment back to Spreadshirt. Ordering and customer service was a nightmare. Save yourself the headache and order from another company. read more

I ordered a premium plush hoodie, what I got was a paper thin faded in color that would only fit a 3 year old. What a rip off. I tried emailing and reaching out and I got zero response. When I logged into my account it said I hadn't purchased any orders! Scam!!!!!! read more

This company seems to have issues with placing your orders very often. First they state you get a bundle discount. Then if you try to reorder you cannot group your already made products together so you cannot get a bundle discount. They way over price their items. And I've found most of the representatives are not helpful when you try to get help. They just ignore any issues you have and pretend as if it's not their problem. I've ordered large quantities from them in the past with many issues including poor print quality. I was told it's because their printing companies work out of two different locations and they cannot guarantee the quality of the printers in those regions! What! Yes, tried to give them several chances and almost every time I've had issues! read more

1 Star for quality of print 1 Star for refund of my payment I don't know who thinks these are good products but maybe they got better results. Our print jobs were printed crooked, barely visible even with high contrast images, insanely small and obviously iron ons as you could easily see the shiny patch that is a large square around the actual image as well as the material on the hats and shirt is "pressed" into a square. I appreciate them refunding my money and I have send them an email detailing these flaws. Really wished this had worked out as their stores were easy to set up and place orders through. read more

If I could post ZERO stars I would. I placed an order of 4 shirts back in June. I was so excited to memorialize an amazing family vacation. I got one email confirming the order and then another one yesterday canceling my order out of nowhere. I had asked what was taking so long and then a week or more later they just canceled it with no reason why. No response via email or calling. Horrible customer service. Worst experience in a very long time! DO NOT USE THEM! read more

I ordered my shirt 2 1/2 weeks ago, paid roughly $40 just for the words to be very small and up higher then I ordered, it also took longer to be delivered than expected. I don't recommend them to anyone. I'll gladly pay more and get it done where I live. read more

Unfortunately, Spreadshirt is not available to resolve issues of lost packages. Neither they nor the UPS will take responsibility when it happens, so you, the consumer, are just out of luck. If you like to gamble with your money, go ahead and use Spreadshirt. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. I order t-shirts for an event and paid expedited delivery to make sure it arrives on time. The shirts never arrived and I get an email the morning of the event saying there is something wrong with my order. If there is something wrong with the order, why did you wait so long to email me? I call customer service and they lie and say they sent an email earlier and also called. I received no emails or calls. I have checked both my spam folder and voicemail. read more

Hello, I'm sending the message in reference to order #11812074. I've called twice about this order, once before it shipped and spoke with someone named Mahogany. I explained to her twice, once before it shipped, that the shipping address is incorrect and if we can correct it before it ships. Instead of helping me solve my problem she provided me with details already previously stated instead of providing me a solution for this order. The order arrived at my residence instead of the intended shipping address, as what I tried to prevent by speaking with Mahogany. After receiving the order I reached out to customer service again, and again it was Mahogany who answered. I explained to her the situation and once again she re-read the shipping details previously stated again, instead of helping me resolve my shipping issue. I explained to her that the order needed to go to another address and again she replied that "it arrived where it was supposed to" instead of providing me a solution. I explained to her that if we didn't fix the shipping address I'd have to cancel this specific order and she replied back with "you can do whatever you want." I called back and spoke to a gentleman named Matt who was more proactive in helping me solve my shipping issue. I also requested that I be connected to Mahogany's supervisor, someone named Megan, who hasn't returned my call. As of writing this I haven't received any further shipping details regarding my customer's order and as a result I filed a dispute with my credit card company regarding this order. I am very disappointed to have to write this and also I will be sharing on Yelp, google, and any other social media platforms the attitude and service approach this company has with me, someone who partnered (or so I thought). read more

Terrible. Which makes me really sad as I had high hopes for them. Context: we ordered two test prints of our company logo. One from Spreadshirt and one from CustomInk. CustomInk's print looked better, but Spreadshirt's material was far superior. So we decided to order 56 hoodies for our company Christmas party. Everything was set to be on time, arriving 2 weeks before the party, until they contacted telling me they were unsure of printing blue on black. Keeping in mind that color combo was just fine from CustomInk. I told them I was fine switching to charcoal or another color...but they did not have 3xl's in stock for those colors nor womens versions in the same color. So after getting no movement or help there I asked them to send a test print before shipping our order, confirmed with a supervisor after they said no originally. The day after our order was supposed to get here they sent a hideous picture of a hoodie that instead of a blue logo had a gray one. I called them and let them know that was not okay, our companies brand colors cannot be changed. They told me their designer said it was just because it was on black, a blatant lie. No attempt to save my business or the $1,100 we spent. Moving to CustomInk instead. read more

This could have been a 5 star review. There was every opportunity to fix the problem. Quick overview of what happened. I ordered 16 items. I received notice of shipment (very prompt) - was relieved as it was a time sensitive purchase. Courier contacted me and indicated I needed to pay duty (I'm in Canada) - I paid the duty. Received the package and it only contained one item. Courier contacted me and indicated I needed pay duty again. Clearly, there was some confusion and I was not going to pay the duty ( more than $100) twice. Tried to call - got voicemail box, which is full. Contacted by email and could not get any useful help. They could not contact the courier to resolve the issue. The remaining items were shipped back. Email responses clearly indicated that they were not reading what I was writing, or looking up the context through the email thread. I finally had to "threaten" a chargeback with my credit card before I could be refunded for the purchase. It is now my responsibility to resolve the duty I paid to the courier, they sent me a form to fill out but were not capable of calling the number of the courier (which I provided) to settle the matter from their end. Which would have been far easier. So, in short, what could have been an excellent transaction - timely and quality product (from the 1 I did receive) - turned into a mess. My team members did not receive their items. I am still waiting for a refund of duty. Spreadshirt seem indifferent to my frustration. read more

Ordered a shirt for my birthday with text on the front and numbers on the back. When I received the shirt the text and numbers were way smaller than I anticipated. There was way more space on the shirt than in the picture. I ordered a women's medium V-neck because I wanted it to be a little bit looser but when I received it it fit and looked small and fit like an extra small or a child's shirt. I did not bother with sending it back because I needed it for my birthday. Their website also never loaded the graphics whether I was on my phone, iPad, or computer, so it made it difficult to design a product in the first place. Words/links overlapped so I didn't know what I was clicking. If ordering from them, just make sure your image or text is way bigger than you would want it and hopefully it will come out correctly. read more

I ordered shirts a week before Father's Day. Their website states anywhere from 3 to 6 days. I ended up calling the company on day 8 and the shirts weren't even in production. Shame on me for trusting a small time company. They apologized, but never gave me an idea of when the shirt would be finished. I will not order here again read more

UPDATE: Customer service contacted me and replaced my shirts with poor quality. Representative was very friendly and attentive. Waiting on replacement shirts to arrive. Original Review: I ordered 8 shirts - 1/2 of them were of poor quality. I sent an email for assistance - NO RESPONSE. Their 1-800 number listed on their website does not work, it is not a valid number. The other number that they have available sends you to a directory, when you press "2" for customer service, they never answer and the system hangs up on you. HORRIBLE customer service, I will never order from them again. read more

Whenever ordering a customized piece of clothing, the number one worry is that it will look how you intended it to when it arrives. The thin hoodie i ordered from Spreadshirt arrived and honestly looked even better than it did on the website when i created it. The material is amazing, the colors are exactly what they said they would be. Absolutely love it, and 100% recommend this for anyone who needs to order just a single customized piece of clothing. Price was reasonable as well, I'll definitely be using them again. read more

I ordered shirts for my daughter for Christmas and paid for 3 day shipping. Well we never got our order because they never shipped it and then lied to us and said the post office had it. Called the post office and they said there was a label but it was not sent out by the company. We moved cross country due to hurricane Irma and had little to spend on Christmas and this was what my daughter got. Nothing thanks to this company. I would recommend using local companies or another company and not this place. read more

Placed and order with premium delivery and paid extra for it. When I got the email letting me know when the t-shirts would arrive, it said 6 days later than what I paid. for. I called Spreadshirt support and received zero help. They said it was not their problem. Never again. read more

I just received my hoodie I ordered from Spreadshirt and realized I ordered the wrong design on it. I emailed them asking if I could exchange it, even though it was MY mistake, and they immediately got back to me and gave me store credit. They didn't have to do that, after all it was my mistake. I really appreciated it and absolutely recommend them! read more

Absolute rubbish, they printed an entire order incorrectly with incorrect sizing and placement. They also insisted I choose a different colour as the printing wouldn't work, but they screwed that up and sent 2 of the original colour and the printing worked fine so they were probably just out of stock in all the sizes. They offered to refund less than 50% of the purchase price which was just an insult as I would be stuck with 50 useless shirts. Otherwise they want me to spend $200 to ship them back to be disposed of when I could easily dispose of them here, it is so wasteful and is nothing more than a tactic to prevent needing to refund when they make mistakes. They have seen the photos so are well aware that nobody would ever try to sell these shirts and devalue their brand. Do not make the mistake of trusting this store, they might not screw up every order but when they do Screw up yours they will dodge you like a wrench. read more

I ordered a mug for mother's day and the pictures on it are completely off center, and the message at the bottom is nowhere near the pictures. The mug cost 60$ and it only has 3 pictures and a message. I would not suggest this place for anything!!!! read more

I ordered a shirt and sweatshirt in the beginning of October, it is now December 10th and no product. I emailed them three times and the first two they said its been sent and to contact customs with a number and they state that they do not do tracking. WELL, customs doesn't deal with that tiny bullshit and so I called Fedex, with the tracking numbers they gave me (that they claim they don't track) and there are two numbers. One finally arrived in Canada at the end of November but Fedex says that the company needs to file a 'lost' package as it has been over 7 days since the package was sent. YES, 7 DAYS, not two months. They will not refund either. Buyer be very aware. read more

You order from a .CA site but get dinged for import duties. Don't be fooled. They say they post the info about duties, but it's AFTER they take your money. $17 duty for a $20 t-shirt... Nope. Not worth it. Duped. Disappointed and I won't be ordering again. read more

My review of the product was not favorable, and one of the shirts had a stain and another one on the order was missing. The customer service was very quick, courteous and resolved the problem to my satisfaction. Got a replacement shirt and the one that had been missing, all very quick. read more

This company stole almost 70.00 from my credit card. They charged my card the original purchase price as consented to and then went on to just add random charges with no consent or purchase. They stole and additional 70.00 and refuse to correct the situation!! read more

Wanted some cycling themed shirts I could wear at the bike shop I work at. Ordered 3. They took 6 weeks to arrive. COVID related delay perhaps? I'll give them that. The shirts themselves are cheap Fruit Of The Loom T's, with sketchy quality print jobs, and the collar on one of the shirts was stretched out before I even wore it once. I can only hope they'll make it through more than one wash. So, yea, I won't be doing business here again. read more

I ordered a mug to support a small artist friend. It arrived in 40 pieces so I threw it away. Customer service states I cannot get a refund without a picture of the broken item, which I "must be wearing" (??). I am not going to dig through my kitchen trash bin so they can be confident I really have a broken mug. I am not impressed with Spreadshirt! I do not recommend using this company. read more

Very bad experience . Ordered hoodies with custom logo and text . I used online designer . Everything was in palace when I ordered . Text supposed to be big on shoulders But when the hoodies arrived the logo and text was 10 times smaller and words GO BIG was written GOBIG . This was second attempt to make it right and they messed up again . Now my trip to Norway is next week and I dont have my hoodies . My customers are disappointed. Never again . The webpage is full of bugs . Customer support only sends pre saved and short messages . I wait explanation but nothing only " we can resend you new products or refund. I dont need faulty products i need explanation . read more

Live in Norway, ordered a product via spreadshirt and had it delivered via UPS. I just received an unpleasant surprise from UPS (additional invoice) of NOK337, while I already paid 198 for the shirt and NOK249 for freight. Some of your customers will live in Norway, go online to find a t-shirt supplier and find you guys on top of the list via Google. Norwegian website, norwegian text, all great. Product prices are reasonable, freight prices are fair. So, quite easily convinced to order. But now, a relatively simple "fruit of the loom" t-shirt with an image, cost a whopping total of NOK447 + NOK337 = NOK784. That would be enough to buy a nice Gant sweater of shirt from Lacoste. My experience with spreashirt started very positive, and ends very very sour. I feel ripped off and not informed enough when purchasing this product. They desperately need to change their communication strategy on their Norwegian website and inform customers clearly on additional freight and toll cost, before designing a t-shirt and before processing an order of this. When buying a NOK198 product, I believe its fair enough, but also the consumers right to know, that an additional NOK337 in additional freight cost and toll is added, almost 2 times the value of the actual product. I have seen many other of your previous customers raising this point, so an amendment to your website would be strongly suggested...... read more

I don't think I could have had a worse experience. And I am still having a terrible experience as I still don't have my order. I placed an order for Aprons, and went with this company because they were going to arrive on time for our grand opening. Not only have we still not received them, weeks after they were supposed to arrive - but I have had to call every single day this week to the WORST customer service to get an answer as to where my items are and an estimate on when they are coming. I still don't have the shipment or an answer as to when they are arriving. Our Baristas have no Aprons. I called today - first call - I am still on hold as I'm writing this review. Someone picked up and said let me check on this for you and I've been on hold for 40 minutes and counting. In the meantime, I called again on another phone. French woman picked up. I feel demoralized after speaking to her. Rude is an understatement. Not only did she not give me an estimate as to when they were arriving, but she didn't allow me to speak, talked over me - snapped at me and attempted to hang up on me several times by snipping "BYE" and I had to say, "sorry, I am not finished". I am still shocked by her attitude. Shookith. I asked if they were going to do anything to make up for it - give us a partial refund - said said no. So I'm broke from paying for custom Aprons, our Baristas don't have their uniforms, and I don't even know if they will ever come. Thank you so much, Spreadshirt! Sike. I am going to be traumatized for awhile. Didn't think this poor of customer service even existed - and the lack of care for customers is appauling. read more

Habe mir ein Poloshirt bestellt, fällt viel zu klein aus. Die Passform allgemein ist auch nicht gut. Der Druck und die Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten finde ich sehr gut, aber es nützt alles nichts wenn es nicht passt. Schade. read more

obwohl die T-Shirts recht gut in der Qualität sind find ich die Preise viel zu hoch. Die Webseite ist vorbildlich. Das Onlinetool finde ich etwas zu schwerfällig und zu klein. Immerhin 3 Sterne sind es auf alle Fälle. read more
