Unfortunately, the customer service representative I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and simply ended the call without resolving my issue. I also contacted customer service by email, but my request could not be resolved satisfactorily there either. I find this kind of treatment completely unacceptable and very disappointing. Especially when an order is already delayed, customers should be treated with understanding, respect, and a willingness to find a solution. This is no way to treat customers. Very disappointing!

Someone in my org had bought a batch of swag from spreadshirt.com and suggested we use them for a…read moremuch larger project. Only later did the person mention they had serious quality consistency issues (eye-roll), but by then we had already gotten too close to the deadline to find a new vendor and redo all the designs in their system. First complaint is their design tool. Seriously limiting in what you can do with it. Its like using low-budget 90's technology. The space and maneuverability it allows for graphic placement is laughable - same for shirts, hats and decals. It also doesn't allow design sharing between accounts, so if someone sign up with their google/FAB account, they have to turn over their privacy to a colleague to work the same item. But all of that is minuscule compared to product quality. Here's the short list: 1) They provide ZERO information about the shirt materials, so you go in not knowing if it is going to be cotton, pre-shrunk cotton or cotton blended with something else or something unexpected. 2) We got all cotton but not pre-shrunk like the colleague's prior order. 3) Sizes are a size or two down generally before they even get washed, so don't expect to have wearable shirts. Women's XL is like a medium.... until it gets washed then its a child's medium. Mens Large is closer to medium, but then becomes a child's small when washed. 4) We got differing brands/materials of the same shirt. Yep, depending on color you might get a high or low thread count, thicker or thin, differing body shape, etc. 6) The colors on the site do not represent what you'll get. Its in the ball park, but its not representative. 7) The graphics on T-Shirts were all over the place. Some small, some as expected, some too close to center, some too low, some too high. Just a total hack job 8) Graphics on hats were blurry. Hats were shaped differently than the other order but there's no way to know what you'll get. 9) Once they get your money, they will drag you out because they know time is on their side and not the customer's side. We gave up since we had to have something by a deadline. Basically flushed a few thousand dollars and embarrassed ourselves by giving them out... Bottom line, unless you want to be as despised and ashamed as the guy who suggested this company to us, just avoid them altogether.
