This is the time to get them serviced so they are ready to go in the spring. I then called a shop in New Richmond, Wi. and was told to bring it right in which I did and it was fixed in 1 week. I had tried everything that I could think of before bringing it to them. During drop off, I went over the list of things that I had tried only to be billed for those exact things. A month later I received a text saying the total was $750 for all the time spent. When I called to question the amount (I didn't expect it be for nothing) Shawn (The owner) decided to get heated and use the F word in every sentence. Assuming they were Trailer experts was the only reason I brought it there since I am not. After the unprofessional call, he texted me saying he would reduce the bill. Brought it down to $540 for labor. When I returned home with the trailer and went inside, they had left all the wiring, parts and wrappers thrown thru out. That was the first and will be the last time ever bring anything to that business. (My spare tire on the back of the trailer was punctured as well. I planned on replacing it anyways but it was still holding air when I dropped the trailer off)

It also increases your chances of being a satisfied customer. I also love convenience. If I could "Rule the World (Thanks Tears for Fears), I would have all of my favorite items within a couple of blocks of my home. Well Mark's Prop Shop is nowhere near my home. In fact its almost an hour away. What Mark's Prop Shop is, is the best prop shop that I have ever been to. I have been going to Mark's for over 10 years now. Mark's work is incredible. We all make mistakes in life. The mistakes we make when our prop hits a rock or rocks is about as bad as it gets in a boaters world. When you take your prop to Mark, he can repair that prop and make it look brand new! I wonder if I could see him for confession too? Just like I recently said to him on my latest visit, I hope to see you again but not too soon. His work is that good, but too soon would mean that I found some more rocks or otherwise did damage to my nice prop. Most of the guys I know from fishing all go to Marks, he is just that good. I feel their cost is affordable and they are very efficient. A brand new stainless steel prop retails for about $600.00 or more. For about $100.00 mine looks brand new. I dropped my prop off about a week ago and I know they were really busy with the nice weather we have had and the fishing opener coming up. My prop was done in a week and I am back in business. Mark is with out a doubt the best in the business. If your prop got into a fight with some rocks and lost, check out Mark's Prop Shop!

Dear all at Anchor Marine,…read more I hope you are all doing well. I wanted to reach out to extend my gratitude for all that you did for me and my family and the high quality of service you delivered. As you are aware my ninety year old mother had been in possession of the boat you restored for many years. Most of my siblings were of the opinion that the best thing to do would be either to sell it for parts or junk it, as it had been years since it had been used. I felt differently and so did my mom. We both thought if there was a chance to repair the boat and take it out again, it was absolutely worth a shot. Our first experiences looking for help with repairs was disastrous. One individual recommended by a a reliable boat store once under contract took the boat and various parts and disappeared, We had to get law enforcement involved. For over a year we struggled with this getting the boat back into shape was becoming a more and more distant hope. Enter: Anchor Marine. When we first took the boat into Anchor Marine, we were met by the owner Vic Cossette and his incredible team. The boat was identified and respected as not just some old junky tub. It's a Glastron CVX 16 with a 115 motor my 90 year old mother put in it. This boat is the boat that made several appearances in none other than James Bond's Live and Let Die! Vic and his crew went above and beyond. They were determined to bring the boat back to its original condition and the passion that these individuals have for their vocation was evident from the start. Often I would get a call detailing their search as for a part that they felt was essential to its restoration. They went the extra mile simply due to their passing for their work. The boat went from being covered in tree sap and a home to mice during the winter to an unbelievably beautiful restored Glastron. I believe it now looks even better than when it was originally purchased by my mother all those years ago. The boat cannot be taken out without being stopped by admirers wherever we go! It is next to impossible to find this quality of service. Vic and his team treated us with the utmost respect, made time to communicate clearly with us their plans and what they hoped and realistically believed could be achieved. They treated the boat as if it were their own. It is impossible to understate the quality of their work . If I could leave 100 stars I would. This was one of my mother's dreams realized. At 90 years old she's back on the water in her boat.
