I understand that you need to be on time, but when you know that you are supposed to pick up 7 people and they are going to the airport, it is just common sense to give ~5 minutes of grace, since I ran out of my 11 AM meeting that ended at Noon to make the bus. I had to take a cab to the airport, which can be difficult to find in Wichita.

They determined something was broken and the driver texted the owner to tell him. We saw the text reply from owner to driver, it said, "figure it out, we don't have any other buses to use". The driver felt terrible but it was entirely the fault of the owner. When I called to get a refund, he didn't like that I was "complaining about the experience", and literally said to me, "Bye Felicia" and hung up on me. This guy is a scumbag, do not pay to use his old, outdated, smoky buses.

Was very disappointed as the heater was completely non working and the windows in the limo were fogged the entire time which made it very difficult to view any Christmas lights. The driver was nice and apologetic, at least. I sent a message to the owner the next day expressing my concerns and got zero response. Would not recommend, there are plenty of other limo companies in Wichita they offer better service and fully functioning vehicles.
