The owner Rick was incredibly responsive to my initial outreach and maintained solid communication throughout the whole process, including an after ride message. Our driver was waiting for us with a sign before we got to baggage claim and helped get us manage everything, even the stroller. The car was nice and cool and he even had cold water for us. The ride was very pleasant- it felt like family. The care, attention, and responsiveness were above and beyond. I highly recommend Tornado Transit!

I was ready and waiting for them. No one showed up. I had to cancel my appointment. When I request a taxi, I expect them to be there. That's what they're for. I will not deal with them again and do not recommend them. Taxi service in this town used to be great. Now it is just lousy. I don't know how they stay in business. Their website does not work. Christmas Light tour Beware! This is a great idea in theory. This was my Christmas gift to my kids…read more However this was a terrible experience! First they cancelled my trip for the weather. Understandable. Then they offered me a trip next day for $100 more because of a different vehicle. The worst part though was that windows were so fogged up you could barely see and it was uncomfortably cold.
